A 1989 School of Business graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, Brian maintains an extremely active lifestyle. This includes hiking, biking, running, dog walks and his daily 5:30 am fitness classes. Brian resides in Kirkland, WA and his son Austin is a senior at Northern Arizona University, and his daughter Bailey is a junior at University of Oregon.

A marketing guy who happened to find himself in charge of a large sales team, Jeff has spent nearly 20 years in the branded merchandise industry helping build Image Source from a small distributor into an agency powerhouse. Jeff is decidedly "un-sales" and steers his team in the same manner. The goal - determine client purpose, develop relationships and deliver what you promise. A big believer in hiring smart people and letting them be entrepreneurial, Jeff's job is not unlike the gutter guards in a bowling alley.
A PNW native, Jeff spent the first seven years of his career in Boston working in several top advertising and direct marketing agencies managing national accounts such as Bose, Nextel, CVS Pharmacy, and Raytheon. He also took his shot in the dotcom world with pioneering (and former) Web grocer, Homeruns.com.
Jeff holds a M.S. in Communication from Boston University, and a B.A. from Washington State University (Go Cougs)! He and his wife live in Richmond Beach with their three kids and a goofy yellow lab. Precious free time is spent in the pursuit of quality family time, boating, golf, hiking, travel and organizing & reorganizing the garage.

A passionate entrepreneur and leader, Thomas Goos is the President of Image Source, a nationally recognized branded merchandise agency known for its purpose driven culture and strategic client approach. Day to day, Thomas leads our strategic direction, as well as financial management, operations, and supplier partnerships. With 22+ years of branded merchandise experience, Thomas is a true industry leader and expert.
Thomas is a Past-Chairman of the board of the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). Thomas has and currently serves in many roles with PPAI including their Strategic Foresight Committee, Executive Committee, Vice Chair of Finance and Chair of the Government Relations Action Council (GRAC), Elected Directors Nominating Committee and has been a Board Director of the Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF). Thomas is a former two-term President of the Northwest Promotional Marketing Association (NWPMA) and a founder and partner of Reciprocity Road, the innovative industry buying and shared learning group comprised of eight elite branded merchandise agencies. He was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal's award program, 40 Under Forty.
Thomas has a B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Washington Bothell. He is a currently board member for the University of Washington Bothell School of Business where he is a guest speaker and advisor to undergraduate and MBA students. Thomas has founded several companies including Branded Solutions by Edgar Martinez, a branded merchandise agency, as well as several real estate investment companies.
He is a passionate endurance athlete who competes in triathlon, duathlon and running events. Thomas has competed in several national championships in both triathlon and duathlon and recently competed as a member of Team USA in the 2018 Duathlon World Championships in Denmark. His passion for real estate and cars is only rivaled by his tenacity for any competitive game or sport.

Having spent her career on both sides of the branded merchandise fence, Tricia brings a unique and valuable perspective to our team. Driven by creativity, strategy and a dash of the unexpected, Tricia's focus is always on delivering the right solution for her sales teams and partners.
Tricia is an avid reader, loves entertaining and spends as much time as possible every summer at her family home in North Idaho. Committed to community, Tricia is a long-time Junior League of Seattle member, leader and proudly served on their Board of Directors. A creative person outside of work, Tricia is a mixed media encaustic artist and has recently built a studio at her home in Shoreline where she lives with her husband and young son. Tricia is part of our proud Husky contingent at Image Source graduating with a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Washington.
