Buckley Burnett Limited was set up in February 2011 by the two Directors Richard Buckley and Andrew Burnett, who had respectively been Director of Delivery for Tees Valley Regeneration and Land & Planning Director for Bett Homes, (now Avant Homes), prior to establishing the company.
