Adriana is a Sales and Business Development Manager for Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education. Adriana joined the Executive Education team in January 2022; previous to her current role, she was Programme Manager within the Open Programmes team, with the responsibility of managing and facilitating programmes across our portfolio. Adriana also worked with key custom clients within the banking and ESG sectors, as well as working with both individuals and organisations in areas such as finance, leadership, risk and strategic projects.
Adriana has a background in Learning and Development, with degrees from Hertfordshire University, England and the University of Oradea, Romania. Before joining Cambridge Judge Business School, Adriana had extensive experience in Hospitality and Tourism sectors, developing training and career development programmes, and leading L&D strategies for internationally facing teams. With her knowledge of professional development, Adriana is skilled with supporting individuals in developing their careers.

Allison Wheeler-Héau is the (Interim) Director Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education.
Allison previously worked at INSEAD for several years, always in the area of Executive Education. Her roles there spanned from programme management, design and coordination, to marketing, sales and business development. In her last role she was responsible for the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme as well as for a portfolio of open programmes with substantial P&L.
Allison has a Joint Honours Bachelors degree in management and European Studies (French and German) from the University of Bath, and was selected to follow the Young Managers Programme at INSEAD. She has followed numerous executive education courses at various institutes.

As a Bid Manager, Chris's focus is on acquiring new clients for customised programmes by co-ordinating and responding to large-scale proposals and tenders. He works closely with the Client Directors and Client Relationship Managers to create bespoke responses for strategically important contracts from public and private sector organisations, helping to identify what success could look like and how it can be achieved.
With a BA in Design Management, Chris's previous career was in the creative industries at national and international agencies where he led and managed creative and development teams to deliver digital and traditional brand and marketing strategies. A key project he's very proud of is one he led and managed in collaboration with Department of Health and a global consulting organisation to redesign and re-platform the NIHR website, the UK's largest funder of health and care research, successfully streamlining the customer journey.
Chris is an investment professional whose expertise lies in the indexation of equities, fixed income and digital assets as well as governance, policy and regulation, risk, and hedge fund management. As the Head of Index Policy at FTSE Russell, Chris was responsible for index methodologies across all asset classes. Before that he was the Chief Investment Officer at Man Global Strategies, Man Group plc. Chris holds an MBA from London Business School, where he was awarded the Sigmund Edelstone prize for best performance in finance and accounting, a DPhil in Atomic Collision Physics from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Natural Sciences (Physics) from the University of Cambridge.

Dame Sandra is KPMG Professor Emerita at Cambridge Judge Business School. She was Director of Cambridge Judge Business School from 1995 to 2006, Master of Sidney Sussex College from 1999 to 2009 and one of the Deputy Vice Chancellors of the University from 2008 to 2012. She writes and consults on organisational behaviour, leadership and innovation.
In 2004 Dame Sandra was invested as a Dame Commander of the British Empire as part of the UK national honours system in recognition of her contribution to higher education and management research and in 2006 she was inducted into the International Women's Forum's International Hall of Fame in recognition of her achievements in business education and leadership development including being an outstanding role model for women who aspire to lead in the commercial, educational and not-for-profit sectors.
Dame Sandra has wide experience in the commercial, public and charitable sectors, through research, consultancy, executive development and Board membership. Former positions include Chair of Riverside Mental Health NHS Trust and the executive committee of the Social Science Research Council in the USA; Vice Chair of Oxfam, a Non-Executive Director of TSB Bank, Barclays, JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust and the Financial Services Authority, and a member of the Prime Minister's Council on Science and Technology, the Windrush Lessons Learned Review, UK's Senior Salaries Review Body, and an Advisory Board for the Aga Khan University on building a business School to meet the needs of emerging economies. She currently serves on the Board of the American University of Sharjah, Chairs the Advisory Board of the Cambridge Museum of Zoology and sits on the Advisory Board of Cambridge Judge Business School.

Ding Lan combines the best worlds of UK and China. Born and mainly educated in China, Ding Lan has been living and working in the UK for more than 20 years. She has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in international business development and client relationship management together with an extensive network in China.
Ding Lan works as a Client Director with a primary focus on China. Prior to joining the Executive Education team, Ding Lan worked in international education marketing, student recruitment and partnerships at two UK universities. She started as the first China Manager at University of Sunderland in 1999 and from 2008 took on a new role as the International Business Development Manager responsible for Africa. In 2013, she joined Anglia Ruskin University as the Regional Director, leading a team to cover international development in half of the University's global markets, including North East and South East Asia, Russia, Central Asia, North Africa and Middle East. Before undertaking the professional roles, Ding Lan was an academic at both Chinese and UK universities. She was a lecturer in English at Shanghai International Studies University and Visiting Lecturer at several other universities in Shanghai. She also taught as a Visiting Lecturer at University of Sunderland.
Ding Lan has a background of Applied Linguistics and Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She studied at Shanghai International Studies University, where she obtained both her Bachelor's and Masters' degree in English Language and Literature. Dr Adam Reed researches asset pricing, with a focus on short selling. His work has been published in the top finance journals, and it has featured the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times. He served as a research consultant for the US Securities and Exchange Commission and as a member of the board directors for a number of organizations. Elena Shampanova is a Senior Programme Manager in the Open Programme team. She oversees a team programme managers who are responsible for the planning and delivery of the Open portfolio.
Elena has a rich experience of project management, programme planning and delivery of face-to-face, live online and digital Open programmes, including our flagship Cambridge Advanced Leadership Programme. Elena works closely with the programme faculty, business development, digital and marketing teams to review the current programme portfolio and develop new programmes.
Prior to joining Cambridge Judge Business School, Elena managed and delivered a range of international education and arts projects working with such clients as British Council, Birkbeck, University of London, Roland Berger, Cambridge Film Festival, and Arts Council England. With a keen interest in different cultures and languages, Elena is passionate about supporting people and organisations in their learning, growth, and development.
Elena holds a BA degree in Linguistics and Cross-cultural Communications, MA in Communications, and MA in Arts Management.
Elias is a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the Centre for Endowment Asset Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, United Kingdom. His research explores incentive problems in the asset management industry. His most recent work highlights the beneficial effects of employee satisfaction and the harmful effects of portfolio manager workplace connectedness on incentive alignment and, ultimately, performance in the mutual fund industry. Hannah Winchester is the Senior Programme Manager in the Open Enrolment Programme team. She manages a team of four programme managers who are responsible for the planning and delivery of the Open Enrolment portfolio and she also manages the open programmes coordinator. Hannah has a vast experience of programme planning and delivery ranging from flagship open enrolment programmes such as the Cambridge Advanced Leadership programme to managing and delivering the custom Professional Services Firm portfolio. Hannah works closely with the business development and marketing teams alongside the programme faculty to ensure the programmes are continuously reviewed.
Prior to joining Cambridge Judge Business School, Hannah worked in a series of temporary roles for companies including Marshall Specialist Vehicles and Sony Computer Entertainment.

Junxuan Wang is a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at Cambridge Judge Business School. His research interests are in international finance, bond pricing, exchange rate risk, and decentralised finance. Junxuan holds a PhD in Finance and Econometrics from the University of Warwick. Mark Smith is a Senior Advisor for the professional service firm programmes where he designs and delivers content to develop competitive advantage for clients.
Mark has two decades of experience in the legal profession spanning a number of different roles and providing a unique perspective on the challenges facing today's leaders. After 6 years' practice as a lawyer in national and City law firms, Mark moved in-house where he spent 4 years leading the international legal team for a Fortune 500 technology and outsourcing business.
After completing his MBA Mark transitioned out of legal practice and into commercial strategy. After a year in the company's global product and market strategy function, Mark led a legal process outsourcing business for another global outsourcing corporation, before joining a FTSE100 technology and information business as their Market Development Director, focusing on the in-house legal then large law firm market.
Alongside these commercial roles, Mark has acted as consultant and executive coach to a number of law firms and holds an MSc in Behavioural Change and a Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision. Steven works with corporate clients from around the world and across industries and business sectors who are seeking challenging, academically rigorous, yet practical executive development programmes.
Before joining Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education, Steven spent 12 years working for the British Council in Colombia and Mexico. During this time, he was responsible for managing corporate training contracts, opening a new branch of the British Council in Bogota, Colombia and leading the successful teaching business in Mexico.
Steven has recently completed an MBA with Warwick Business School and holds an MA in Digital Technologies, Communication and Education from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Environmental Science from Lancaster University.
