Adriana is a Sales and Business Development Manager for Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education. Adriana joined the Executive Education team in January 2022; previous to her current role, she was Programme Manager within the Open Programmes team, with the responsibility of managing and facilitating programmes across our portfolio. Adriana also worked with key custom clients within the banking and ESG sectors, as well as working with both individuals and organisations in areas such as finance, leadership, risk and strategic projects. Adriana has a background in Learning and Development, with degrees from Hertfordshire University, England and the University of Oradea, Romania. Before joining Cambridge Judge Business School, Adriana had extensive experience in Hospitality and Tourism sectors, developing training and career development programmes, and leading L&D strategies for internationally facing teams. Allison Wheeler-Héau is the (Interim) Director Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education. Allison previously worked at INSEAD for several years, always in the area of Executive Education. Her roles there spanned from programme management, design and coordination, to marketing, sales and business development. In her last role she was responsible for the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme as well as for a portfolio of open programmes with substantial P&L. Allison has a Joint Honours Bachelors degree in management and European Studies (French and German) from the University of Bath, and was selected to follow the Young Managers Programme at INSEAD. A key project he's very proud of is one he led and managed in collaboration with Department of Health and a global consulting organisation to redesign and re-platform the NIHR website, the UK's largest funder of health and care research, successfully streamlining the customer journey.

Chris is an investment professional whose expertise lies in the indexation of equities, fixed income and digital assets as well as governance, policy and regulation, risk, and hedge fund management. As the Head of Index Policy at FTSE Russell, Chris was responsible for index methodologies across all asset classes. Before that he was the Chief Investment Officer at Man Global Strategies, Man Group plc. Chris holds an MBA from London Business School, where he was awarded the Sigmund Edelstone prize for best performance in finance and accounting, a DPhil in Atomic Collision Physics from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Natural Sciences (Physics) from the University of Cambridge.

Dame Sandra Dawson

Dame Sandra is KPMG Professor Emerita at Cambridge Judge Business School. She writes and consults on organisational behaviour, leadership and innovation. Ding Lan combines the best worlds of UK and China. Born and mainly educated in China, Ding Lan has been living and working in the UK for more than 20 years. She has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in international business development and client relationship management together with an extensive network in China. Ding Lan works as a Client Director with a primary focus on China. Prior to joining the Executive Education team, Ding Lan worked in international education marketing, student recruitment and partnerships at two UK universities. She started as the first China Manager at University of Sunderland in 1999 and from 2008 took on a new role as the International Business Development Manager responsible for Africa. In 2013, she joined Anglia Ruskin University as the Regional Director, leading a team to cover international development in half of the University's global markets, including North East and South East Asia, Russia, Central Asia, North Africa and Middle East. Before undertaking the professional roles, Ding Lan was an academic at both Chinese and UK universities. She was a lecturer in English at Shanghai International Studies University and Visiting Lecturer at several other universities in Shanghai. She also taught as a Visiting Lecturer at University of Sunderland. Ding Lan has a background of Applied Linguistics and Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Before joining Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education, Steven spent 12 years working for the British Council in Colombia and Mexico. During this time, he was responsible for managing corporate training contracts, opening a new branch of the British Council in Bogota, Colombia and leading the successful teaching business in Mexico. Steven has recently completed an MBA with Warwick Business School and holds an MA in Digital Technologies, Communication and Education from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Environmental Science from Lancaster University.
