Andrew started a career in three dimensional design, focusing on set design and construction. During this time, Andrew further developed his creative abilities which led to some high profile projects including commerical set designs for television channel S4C. Subsequently, Andrew undertook an apprenticeship in home renovations and then a City & Guilds bathroom installation course. "Tim and Andrew did a fantastic job on our bathroom - it looks amazing and they were tidy, considerate and generally great to have around. Thank you both."

Following an early career in home renovations, Tim undertook a City & Guilds bathroom installation course and subsequently a further 2 year NVQ college course in plumbing. Tim always wanted to explore the idea of transforming wet spaces and bigger projects were on his mind. The origins of Cascade Bathrooms were formed.
