James Olin began working in the commercial building materials industry in 2005 and has developed a primary focus on roofing and waterproofing membranes. James began his career gaining valuable knowledge and experience as a Territory/Regional Sales Manager for Roofing Manufacturers Derbigum and Carlisle Syntec in the South Central Region of the Country. He then went on to learn more about Waterproofing as he transitioned in to the role of West Regional Sales Manager at Henry, moving his family to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. In his last role as a company employee, James took a more hands on approach by becoming a Technical Sales Manager for Cetco. This role allowed him to be in the field more and focus on local relationships in the PNW. James started Cascade Building Envelope Solutions in January of 2020 in an effort to combine and utilize his knowledge of commercial building materials in to a true Building Envelope Solution for his customers, clients, friends and colleagues.
