Previously, Adam was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at George Washington University School of Medicine practicing primary care and involved in teaching in the medical school and in the internal medicine training program.
Adam is interested in prevention of chronic diseases through proactive health and wellness and building strong longitudinal relationships with members.
Prior to joining Forward, Amanda practiced in a full scope primary care clinic where she treated all ages. Her focus included preventive medicine, chronic care management, weight loss management, and women's health.
Amanda has key interests in health prevention and total wellness along with chronic disease management. She enjoys partnering with members in helping them identify and achieving their personal wellness goals.

Keith has a special interest in nutrition as well as managing chronic health conditions like diabetes and heart failure.

Laura focuses on integrative and preventive medicine, as well as women's health.
She is interested in looking at the whole person and evaluating the different factors that contribute to a person's well being.
Mona has an additional certification in Obesity and Nutritional Medicine to provide the best care for achieving healthy weight goals. She takes pride in assisting in all aspects of healthcare including urgent care concerns, chronic disease management, and women's health.
She worked as a licensed New York State volunteer EMT while working as a family practitioner for New York Presbyterian and adjunct professor for Columbia University Medical School.
She has been awarded with Senator Golden's Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Dedication and Service to the Community.
Poonam received her medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific at Western University of Health Sciences. She completed her internal medicine residency training at Christiana Care Health System. Prior to joining Forward, she was a practicing internist and core faculty member at Christiana Care Health System and Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic States.
She is passionate about preventive medicine, climate change, and plant-based medicine.
Priyanka completed an HIV Primary Care fellowship after residency, then worked in value-based care with Medicare Advantage patients in underserved communities.
Her interests include people living with HIV and LGBTQIA wellness, improving members understanding of their health and preventive care
