Jorge Alberto Ramos Gómez

Jorge is an Industrial Engineer certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a PMP, with over 40 years of experience, 25 of whom worked in the O&G industry at Shell Group and Petrobras. He served as operations and distribution manager for fuels, oils and chemicals in Colombia, Panama and Venezuela. Hands-on procurement and manufacturing processes, capex investments, design and construction of plant and depots, service stations and marketing facilities. As Shell instructor and auditor for Latin America, Jorge participated in more than 10 country reviews to verify compliance with local regulations as well as Shell's business, safety and quality policies for all operational and distribution processes of the local companies.

Luiz Octavio de Azevedo Costa

Luiz is a chemical engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, most of the time working for Petrobras, Brazil's premier domestic and international energy company. He is expert in negotiation, business modelling, valuation, planning and strategic analysis. As Director of Petrobras´ Downstream in Colombia, was responsible of the 'takeover' and 'rebranding' management of the assets acquired from Shell, which generates annual revenue of US$350 million. While living in Bolivia he was responsible for establishing Petrobras´ wholesale and retail activities. Also, Luiz Costa was member of Petrobras' team that orchestrated the technical evaluation of the business opportunities in North America, Europe and Asia. After retiring from Petrobras, he founded CFG Bridge.
