Helen joined Tiger Aspect in November 2007 as the Chief Group Accountant and was promoted to Head of Finance in January 2012 where she is responsible for Tiger's financial affairs. In February 2015 she became Chief Operating Officer for the Company.
Helen studied for her degree at Hull University and went on to qualify as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross in 1993. Post qualification she joined one of her clients, Planet 24, and then moved on to work for Chris Evans' production company, Ginger Television, as the Financial Controller. SMG plc purchased Ginger Television in 2000 and Helen was made Financial Controller for Television Productions until joining UMTV as the Finance Director in August 2002. Helen left UMTV to work at Olga TV as the Financial Controller from 2006-07.

Tom is Head of Kids and Family for Tiger Aspect Productions and currently series producer of the second series of the animated Mr Bean.
Tom started his career in advertising as a creative before moving into live action film production. After managing commercial and pop promo productions for various bands and brands from U2 to Pot Noodle, Tom transferred his skills to animation and children's TV production. Tom joined Tiger Aspect in 2001 and has been involved in all of Tiger Aspect's children's programming output, working across every aspect of production from development to delivery and beyond. Credits include: Bosom Pals, Mr Bean: The Animated Series, Charlie and Lola and Tinga Tinga Tales
