Adrian is the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Asia Pacific & North America. As an ICT Executive with over 20 years' experience, he has a passion for designing and implementing innovative ICT strategies that drive business improvement. With a proven track record of success in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US, Adrian is skilled in leading, managing, and motivating teams. Adrian is adept at analysing complex issues, designing effective solutions, and problem-solving with a collaborative approach. He is committed to fostering change and bringing about positive transformations that benefit both organisations and their stakeholders. In his spare time, Adrian enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, golf, and fishing. He also enjoys going to the gym and embarking on DIY projects at home.

Andrew Atkinson

Andrew brings his leadership experience from previous operational and business development roles to successfully mobilise large-scale partnerships and create win-win outcomes for partners. Andrew joined City in 2014, originally working in Australia as Director of FM Operations and Business Development, before heading to the US for two years to take on the role of President, West Coast, in Florida. Andrew returned to Australia in 2022 to head up City's mobilisation team based in Melbourne. With a personal mission to help others succeed, Andrew is recognised for his can-do spirit and ability to harness and develop the best in individuals while building large teams. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys being outdoors and exploring our amazing country. He also enjoys volunteering to help in the local community and support international missions.

Bill Aggelis

A senior executive with more than 20 years' experience in the facilities management, retail, and hospitality services sector, Bill has a demonstrated history of business growth and service delivery excellence. Bill joined City in 2020 as Director FM Operations & Engineering and leads the Coles Group of companies. In this role, Bill contributes his valuable expertise in strategy and growth initiatives, leading and developing diverse teams in geographically dispersed locations. Over his career, Bill has held several strategic leadership roles with globally recognised companies across multiple sectors including hospitality, transport, government, and retail. Bill studied at Victoria University of Technology, where he completed a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. Bill has also undertaken career development training and leadership courses, including an Executive leadership course at the Said Business School, University of Oxford, in the UK. A keen golfer, Bill also enjoys going to the movies, spending time with family, and travelling.

Chris Winchester

Chris has a demonstrated history of business growth and service delivery, spanning four continents. Chris joined City in 2006 as Finance Director of the Asda Partnership in the UK. He has since held several leadership positions with City including CFO of City FM Asia and CEO of City Asia and Australia. Chris was part of the team that established City's first overseas business in Australia. Now based in Melbourne, Australia, Chris holds the role of Group Chief Executive Officer - Asia Pacific & North America, providing strategic vision and leadership to the City team. Prior to joining City, Chris held several finance roles at blue chip companies within manufacturing and FMCG. Chris is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of Dundee and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. An avid sportsman, Chris enjoys skiing, rock climbing, and cycling.

Garry Indovino

Garry is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate property accounting and general management. Since joining City in 2017, Garry has held the positions of General Manager - Innovation and Commercial, Financial Director, and is now Chief Financial Officer across the Asia Pacific regions. He has extensive experience in both the strategic and technical aspects of end-to-end financial management and his key strengths lie in the identification of enterprise trends and synergies to drive improvements and resolve complex business issues through data and information. Prior to joining City, Garry held numerous property finance roles. He completed a Bachelor of Business, Accounting degree at Monash University and is a Certified Practicing accountant. In his spare time, Garry enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, snow skiing, and restoring 4WD off-road vehicles.

Leanne Carson

Leanne is a respected commercial and strategic human resources professional with deep experience in human resources, industrial relations, organisational change, health and safety, compliance, communications, remuneration and benefits, and learning development. She joined City in 2013 as the Director of People and Safety and now heads up the People and Safety function across Asia Pacific as the Group People and Safety Director. Prior to joining City, Leanne worked across a diverse set of industries including facilities management, engineering, utilities, telecommunications, and construction. Leanne has a successful record as a strategic business leader with experience in large-scale merger and acquisitions, greenfield and start-up organisations as well as within established corporate environments with reporting lines at both CEO and board level, both here and internationally. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Sociology and Human Resources) from Swinburne University and is member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian HR Institute (AHRI). In her spare time, Leanne enjoys spending time with her family, renovating, and motorsport.

Mark McKenzie

Mark joined City in 2018 and oversees the successful partnership delivery across a suite of brands including Kmart, Target, Bunnings, Guzman y Gomez, mycar, Lifeblood, and Goodstart Early Learning. He is also the director of City's construction business division, City Building and Engineering Services. Mark has a wealth of experience across the facilities management, energy, retail, hospitality, and sustainability sectors. He is recognised for successfully managing complex requirements and for his skills and experience coaching and developing people across large teams. Prior to joining City, Mark worked with Coles Group, initially in a retail operational role, before moving across to facilities maintenance. He was heavily involved in the City partnership from the client side since City commenced in Australia in 2009. Mark has also held operational management roles within the hospitality industry across several companies. Outside of work, Mark enjoys outdoor pursuits such as water skiing, camping, surfing, and snow skiing.
