Chris Schmidt, the owner of Classic Homes of Madison, LLC, has lived in the Oregon area (10 minutes south of Madison) all his life, and currently lives in The Legend at Bergamont neighborhood, where he has built more homes than any other builder. Chris understands how to build homes to withstand the harsh Wisconsin climate changes, and he understands the nuances of building in the different communities in Dane County.
