Amy Yip

Amy has a deep understanding and extensive skills and experience in asset management, banking, insurance, and regulation following a career spanning more than 45 years with global players in China and South-east Asia. Since 2011, Amy has been a founding partner of RAYS Capital Partners, a SFC registered Hong Kong based investment management company specialising in Asian capital markets. From 2006 to 2010, Amy was chief executive officer of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, where she was concurrently head of its wealth management group and previously chair of DBS asset management. Before joining DBS Bank, from 1996 to 2006, Amy held various senior positions at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. In Amy's early career she worked for a number of leading global financial institutions including the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, going on to hold senior appointments at Rothschild Asset Management and Citibank Private Bank.

Andrew Polydor was appointed CEO of Energy & Commodities in 2016. Andrew Polydor was appointed CEO of Energy & Commodities in 2016. Andrew brings significant markets experience and expertise to the position, fostered over two decades at the forefront of pioneering broking services. He began his career in Financial Markets in 1982 before moving on to set up Prebon Energy Sydney in the late 1990s, building it to become the premier broker in the Australian power market. He also established Prebon Environmental Consultancy Services, a pioneer in the carbon markets. Andrew later transferred to London to run Prebon's growing energy business in Europe and was promoted to the position of Global Head of E&C at Tullett Prebon in 2008, becoming CEO of E&C in 2016. Over the 12 years he has led the division, Andrew has successfully built it into the world's largest E&C brokerage.

Angela Crawford-Ingle

Angela, a chartered accountant, was a Partner specialising in financial services at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 20 years, during which time she led the Insurance and Investment Management Division. She has previously served in Non-executive Director roles at Beazley plc, Swinton Group Limited, Openwork Holdings, and River and Mercantile Group plc. Angela brings substantial experience to the Board, both from her executive career, as well as from her other Non-executive Director roles in financial services.

Joanna Nader

Joanna Nader was appointed Group Head of Strategy on 16 October 2019. She has extensive experience in commercial/corporate banking, risk management, investment banking and private equity. Immediately prior to joining TP ICAP, Joanna was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, where she was Head of Diversified/Specialty Financials Research, covering a number of financial companies, including TP ICAP, and the exchange groups. Previous to RBC, Joanna spent nearly 10 years as the Chief Investment Officer of JRJ Group, a private equity firm focused on financial services. She also worked at Lehman Brothers, holding roles including Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO Europe, Middle East & Asia.

Prior to Instinet, Govoni was a Managing Director at Nomura Securities International, responsible for U.S. Execution Services. Earlier in his career, he held senior Programme and Electronic Sales trading positions at Merrill Lynch.

Mark Hemsley was appointed to the Board on 16 March 2020 and is a member of the Risk and Nominations and Governance Committees. Mark is able to draw on his extensive experience of capital markets and exchanges from a long, executive career in the industry. His knowledge of large scale technology infrastructure, operations and oversight of operational transformation in several international exchanges and trading platforms are invaluable to the Board. As Workforce Engagement Director his perspective enables him to bring the views of employees in the EMEA region to Board discussions. Until his retirement in early 2020, Mark was President of Cboe Europe. Previous roles include: Chief Executive Officer at Bats Global Markets; Managing Director, Market Solutions at LIFFE; and Director Global Technology at Deutsche Bank GCI. He has also served as a Board member and member of the Audit Committee of EuroCCP NV and was a member of the ESMA Securities and Markets Stakeholder Group and Securities and Markets Consultative Working Group.

Max Spoto - COO

Max Spoto was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer in March 2023. Max has extensive experience in financial services. Previously in his career he worked at JP Morgan for seven years in a variety of functional infrastructure roles, having joined via their business infrastructure graduate programme. In 2007 he moved to UBS, where he held several senior roles including Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Investment Bank in Asia Pacific, the Global COO of the Equities business and, most recently, Global Markets COO and Head of Operations for the Investment bank. Max has worked in both Europe and Asia Pacific. As Group COO, Max is responsible for TP ICAP's Chief Operating Office, Technology, Operations, Facilities, Project Management, and Procurement organisations.

Silvina Aldeco-Martinez

Silvina Aldeco-Martinez was appointed CEO of Parameta Solutions in March 2024. She joined the TP ICAP Group from PitchBook Data, a division of Morningstar, where she was a member of the executive team and CEO of Leveraged Commentary and Data (LCD), a category leader in news, research, data, and analytics in the institutional private debt market. As CEO of LCD, Silvina successfully led the carve out, long-term strategy definition, and sale of the business to Pitchbook/Morningstar. Prior to that, in her 25 years at S&P Global, Silvina held several senior roles, including the Chief Product Officer for S&P Global Platts, a division of S&P Global and the leading independent provider of information and benchmarks for the energy and commodity markets. Prior to joining Standard & Poor's in 1996, Silvina was an equity research analyst for ABN AMRO's brokerage house in Argentina. Silvina holds a BSc in Economics from Buenos Aires University and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Susan Maple

Susan Maple was appointed Group Head of Human Resources on 1 November 2019. She has extensive experience in HR across retail, commercial, corporate and investment banking, as well as retail brokerage and the gas industry. Immediately prior to joining TP ICAP, Susan was the Head of HR for Corporate and Institutional banking at VTB, based between London and Moscow. Whilst at VTB she was a SMF18 for the London entity and worked closely with the CEO of the investment banking division. Prior to VTB, Susan spent three years as the Head of HR for Barclays Africa, based in Dubai. She has also worked at Merrill Lynch for nine year in various senior HR roles: in London she was Head of HR the Front Office businesses; in New York she was Global Head of HR for Investment Banking; and in Hong Kong where she was Regional Head of HR for Asia. Earlier in her career Susan also worked in Human Resources for Fidelity Brokerage, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Credit Lyonnais and British Gas. Susan also holds a non-executive role at Reading University where she is a member of the Council, the Remuneration committee and the Nomination and Governance committee.
