Caleb is a graduate of Bob Jones University with a degree in Accounting. Caleb began his career as a practicing accountant for Deloitte and later Dixon-Hughes before entering mortgage banking in 2006. Mortgage banking and helping clients make informed decisions on their mortgage is not only Caleb's profession, but his passion lies in numbers and helping clients understand the true power of properly applied financial principals. This CPA background gave me a tremendous advantage in the mortgage space as it allows me to approach your home loan in a very holistic manner - ensuring that your home loan is tailored to your specific needs and overall wealth and retirement goals.
Jennifer is a South Carolina native, born and raised in the Upstate. She is a graduate of Clemson University and a proud supporter of the Clemson Tigers. Jennifer comes from a financial services background where she worked for nearly 10 years before joining the Caleb LeGrand team at Apex as the Closing Coordinator.
When she's not assisting clients with the mortgage process, Jennifer and her husband Scott enjoy traveling throughout the United States and abroad. She is passionate about exploring different places, sampling unique cuisines and meeting new people. Jennifer constantly reminds herself that, "Nothing is worth it if you aren't happy" and strives to live by the motto of one of her heroes, Dolly Parton. "Find out who you are. And do it on purpose."

Melissa is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. She joined the team in 2017, bringing 15 plus years of Mortgage and Banking experience. Originally from Anderson, SC, she moved to Greenville after graduating and met her husband, Jason. They live in Greenville with their two children, Graham and Sophie. Melissa enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Being a huge sci-fi fan, she also spends time forcing her family to watch cheesy sci-fi films…

Melissa is the Mortgage Planner for the CL Team. She works with our clients on the front end and completes all the initial reviews of applications. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the Mortgage and Banking industry. She is originally from Washington State and relocated to Wilmington, NC, where she started her career.
After being promoted, Melissa moved to Greenville, SC, where she met her husband, started a family and is now a proud mother of two boys. Melissa says, "I believe that a home is where the heart is and it's so exciting that I get to be a part of one of the first steps in helping so many people make a home."

Morgan joined The CL Team in May 2019. Previously coming from a background in graphic design, Morgan is the Marketing Manager for The CL Team at Apex Home Loans. Prior to joining the team, Morgan graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Communications.
Morgan has a passion for adventure and the outdoors. In her spare time, you can find her exploring the outdoors with her husband, Gage, and her two dogs, Kodak + Kaya.
Niki is a Greenville, SC, native and has been in banking since 1995. Prior to coming to the CL Team, she worked locally as a personal and small business banker. In her free time, Niki enjoys riding her bike on the Swamp Rabbit Trail as well as spending time with friends, family and her little dogs, Rudy + Winnie. One of her favorite quotes is, "Life is precious, so use your days wisely".
Sherry joined the team in 2017 and has several years experience in the mortgage and insurance industry. She is a native of Georgia and loves cheering on her favorite team, the Georgia Bulldogs! She believes the upstate is a beautiful place to raise a family. She enjoys cheering on her oldest son, Andrew, at track and cross-country events. Her youngest son, Austin, keeps the family busy outdoors with Boy Scouts and JROTC.

Trent is a graduate of Clemson University with degrees in both Speech/Communications and History. He began his career in the Retirement and Durable Medical Equipment Industry where he has 22 years of experience from sales to management. His priority is always putting the customer first. A native of Anderson, Trent now lives in Simpsonville with his wife, Michelle, and two children, Aidan and Taylor.
