Amy O'Connor is the Chief Data and Information Officer (CDIO) at Precisely. In this role, she leads the global IT and cloud operations, data analytics, and information security teams responsible for delivering a world-class digital experience as the company continues its rapid growth in data integrity.
Prior to Precisely, Amy was Chief Data and Information Officer at Cloudera, and has held leadership roles at Nokia and Sun Microsystems.
Amy has extensive experience using data-driven approaches to align IT services with user needs. She is also a frequent speaker in the data management space, advocating for the benefits organizations can gain by using a data-driven approach in their IT infrastructure. She has expertise in enterprise business applications, data engineering and data science, information security, employee productivity tools, and network and cloud management.
Amy earned her B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of Connecticut School of Engineering and her M.B.A. from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Anjan Kundavaram is the Chief Product Officer at Precisely. As Chief Product Officer, Anjan is responsible for driving the roadmap and delivery of Precisely's newest launched Data Integrity Suite and for product, pre-sales and post-sales functions.
Prior to joining Precisely, Anjan served as VP & GM at Hitachi Vantara, where he led a global team focused on delivering a portfolio of market-leading hyper-converged, Kubernetes, Observability, and Industrial IoT products and solutions. Before that, he held a variety of roles with RMS and IBM.
Anjan holds an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A./B.S. degree from North Carolina State University.
Anna Langhorne, Ph.D., Esq., is the Chief Privacy Officer at Precisely. In this role, she is responsible for elevating the company's privacy and data protection program and for providing leadership for ethical data stewardship. At Precisely, she will be applying a privacy ethics lens to build a strong foundation in trust, data, and technologies that meets the requirements of international privacy and data protection laws and regulations, while making stewardship meaningful across the enterprise on an organizational level.
Anna brings over 20 years of experience in technology, research, and privacy and data protection compliance. Before joining Precisely, Anna served in several privacy roles, including Global Privacy Counsel at Regeneron, Global Privacy Officer at Biogen, and Privacy counsel at Boston Scientific Corporation. Prior to working in Privacy, Anna was a tenured professor at the University of Dayton where she conducted research in the areas of network-centric communication, virtual technologies, intercultural interfaces, and the strategic use of information communication technology (ICT) for information acquisition.
Craig Zajac is Precisely's General Counsel, responsible for Precisely's Legal Department.
Prior to joining Precisely, Craig served as General Counsel for ClickSoftware, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2019. Prior to ClickSoftware, Craig was General Counsel at VCE and has more than 22 years of experience as in-house counsel for both public and privately held technology companies.
He is a graduate of Saint Bonaventure University and Duquesne University School of Law.

Dan Adams is the Senior Vice President, Data Strategy & Operations at Precisely. In this role, Dan oversees the global strategy, development, and execution of Precisely's Data Operations, which focuses on a rich portfolio of data enrichment products and capabilities.
Prior to joining Precisely, Dan served as the VP of Data at Pitney Bowes, following the acquisition of Maponics where he was CEO. Throughout his 22-year career, Dan has also held senior leadership positions at TomTom, GDT, and Tele Atlas North America.

Eoin Duane joined Insight in 2021 and is focused on structured equity investments for Insight's Opportunities Fund. Prior to joining Insight, Eoin spent 13 years as an investor in public and private technology companies including eight years at Guggenheim Partners and five years at Evergreen Coast Capital, the technology-focused private equity arm of Elliott Management where he led their Flexible Capital strategy. Eoin currently sits on the board or oversees Insight's investments in Saks.com, SOF.com, CivicPlus, CommerceHub and A Place for Mom.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Eoin has spent 15 years in New York City and lives in Brooklyn with his wife and family (and beloved pitbull, Norma). His personal interests include strategy games such as chess, backgammon and poker, long-distance running, cycling, golf and non-fiction reading. Eoin sits on the boards of the Irish Repertory Theatre in Chelsea, and the Children's Medical Research Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on pediatric research.
Eoin graduated from University College Dublin, Ireland with a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Finance. Eoin is a CFA charter holder.
Eric Yau is the Chief Operating Officer at Precisely. In this role, he is responsible for Precisely's full software and data portfolio as well as company transformation and integration initiatives. Eric's teams include Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Services, Pre-sales and Professional Service, Customer Support and Integration Management & Transformation.
Eric brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, most recently serving as EVP, Software at RMS where he transformed the company from a catastrophe modeling business into the industry-leading insurance risk data and analytics platform. Before RMS, Eric was SVP of Solutions at BMC Software with responsibility for the full $2.2B portfolio of mainframe and distributed software segments, as well as cloud operations and support. Prior to BMC, Eric was IBM's VP, Business Intelligence & Performance Management.
Eric earned degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Prior to joining Precisely, Greg served as the Chief Operations Officer of the Pitney Bowes software & data business. For over 30 years, Greg held senior management positions within the Pitney Bowes corporation across services, operations, sales, strategy, marketing and product management.

Josh Rogers is the Chief Executive Officer of Precisely, the global leader in data integrity, with 12,000 customers in more than 100 countries, including 97 of the Fortune 100. As CEO, Josh leads Precisely's global team of 2,400 employees as they build and deliver software and data products that provide accuracy, consistency, and context to power confident business decisions. During his tenure as CEO, the company's revenue has grown dramatically to more than $800m today.
Prior to becoming CEO in 2016, Josh was President of Syncsort, the precursor to Precisely, leading global business operations, including sales, marketing, support, and engineering. He was previously VP of Worldwide Sales and VP of Americas Sales for the company.
Earlier in his career, Josh held leadership positions at IBM and Endeca technologies, as well as Bank of America Capital Investors.

Prior to joining Precisely, Karl served as SVP of cloud engineering, operations, security and support at Risk Management Solutions where he led a global data center migration to the cloud and the deployment of a new risk intelligence SaaS platform for the insurance industry. Before that, Karl was the head of SaaS infrastructure engineering, operations and security at Medallia where he helped scale the company SaaS platform from an early stage startup to the leading customer experience management platform.

Kevin Ruane is Precisely's Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, he leads the team responsible for demand generation, events, communications, brand, web, content, sales enablement, and channel and product marketing. In 2020 Kevin led the company's rebrand to Precisely following Syncsort's acquisition of the Pitney Bowes software & data business in late 2019.
Prior to joining Syncsort, Kevin held leadership positions in corporate marketing at NetSuite, NCR Corp., and Oracle.
Kevin has a proven record of building, managing, and executing integrated marketing and communications programs for Fortune 500 corporations, global business units, and high-growth companies in the enterprise software sector.

Lisa Crawford is Precisely's Chief Human Resources Officer. As CHRO, she oversees Precisely's talent management, culture, learning and development, M&A personnel activities, and HR operations.
Throughout her 25-year career, Lisa has served in several senior HR executive roles spanning multiple industries and areas of specialization, helping companies successfully manage rapid growth, acquisition integration, and create a great workplace environment.
Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Unitrends, Inc, a private equity-backed, business continuity solutions software vendor. Lisa also founded EvolvHR, providing strategic and operational consulting on talent management and organizational change. Prior to that, Lisa was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Randstad U.S. Professionals.
