Alejandro Arellano

Alejandro Arellano is Vice President of Development at Codina Partners. Before joining Codina Partners, Arellano served as a Senior Development Manager at FCI Residential Corporation for 9 years. He directed and led a team of consultants and partners to ensure cohesive visions were brought to life for numerous projects in the market. He was instrumental to the company's rapid growth during his tenure. Arellano received his bachelor's degree in Marketing from Barry University and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Alexander Gomez

Alexander Gomez is the Vice President of Industrial Development for Codina Partners LLC, a real estate investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. He is responsible for leading the project and construction management for Beacon Logistics Park in Hialeah, FL where the company is developing more than one million square feet of Class A distribution warehouses. Previously, Mr. Gomez managed the startup of a new logistics operation which encompassed over 150,000 square feet of operations in multiple locations adjacent to Miami International Airport. Prior to that, he was responsible for the initial infrastructure and vertical development of the South Florida Logistics Center which consisted of over two million square feet of industrial development. Gomez began his career as a corporate banker with Southeast Bank/First Union National Bank transcended various practices within the industry and industrial development is now his specialty. Mr. Gomez holds a bachelor's degree for Finance from the University of Florida.

Ana-Marie Codina Barlick - CEO

Ana-Marie Codina Barlick is CEO of Codina Partners, a real estate development and investment firm focused on driving the successful transformation of South Florida's communities into vital, prosperous centers for living, working, culture and commerce. In 2009, she established the firm with her father Armando Codina and oversees all operations. Before becoming CEO, she led master planning of a suburban office park into the 250 acre, mixed-use development Downtown Doral (in Miami-Dade County) with more than 5,000 residential units, 250,000 square feet of retail, more than one million square feet of commercial space, Downtown Doral Charter Elementary School (DDCES), Downtown Doral Charter Upper School (DDCUS), Doral City Hall, a 3-acre park, and the new Doral Cultural Arts Center. Codina Barlick serves on the Board of Directors of The Knight Foundation, is the founding and current Chair of the DDCES School Board and is past President of the Miami City Ballet's Board of Trustees. With more than eight years in operation, DDCES is rated among Miami's top charter and public elementary schools. Codina Barlick was also selected as a member of the 2020 Class of Henry Crown Fellows. Prior to Codina Partners, she was a project manager at Flagler Development; and previously, a lease analyst at Tishman Speyer Properties. She has an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Business and a B.A. from Trinity College.

Previously Mr. Codina served as Chairman of Flagler, a full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. Prior to that Mr. Codina served as Chairman and CEO of Codina Group, a South Florida-based commercial real estate firm, which he founded in 1979. Under his leadership the firm grew to be Florida's largest privately-held commercial real estate company. In 2006, Mr. Codina merged his firm with Flagler Development Group, part of Florida East Coast Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FLA). In July 2007, FECI was sold to a private equity firm and taken private. In addition to serving as CEO and Chairman of his core real estate holdings, Mr. Codina is an active investor and owner of MBB Auto Group, a premium luxury retail automotive group consisting of 15 dealerships in the Northeast that include Mercedes- Benz, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Audi and Toyota. He is also chairman of Kingfisher Land-Secured Bond Fund, L.P. Mr. Codina served as the Lead Director of the board of BellSouth; on the board of directors of American Airline's parent company, AMR Corporation where he served in the capacity of Lead Director until December 2013; and on the board of General Motors. He recently served on the board of The Home Depot. In addition, Mr. Codina has served several professional, civic, and educational organizations, including as a Board of Trustees member of the Urban Institute, and as Chair of the Town Square Neighborhood Development Corporation. He is a Chairman Emeritus of Florida International University, Co-Founder of the Community Partnership for the Homeless, is a member of the Florida Council of 100, among others. Eric Blanco

Eric Blanco is Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Codina Partners. In this role, Mr. Blanco oversees accounting and finance functions for the real estate development and investment firm. Prior to joining Codina Partners, Mr. Blanco served as Principal for The Carlyle Group, a global investment firm with $376 billion of assets under management globally. In his role, Mr. Blanco was responsible for leading global accounting and tax for Carlyle's aviation practice, which manages $11.2 billion in assets globally and has offices in Miami, Dublin and Singapore. Mr. Blanco led a large multinational team delivering accounting and tax compliance, global valuations, capital budgets, and investor reporting to various commingled investment vehicles and managed platforms. Mr. Blanco received his bachelor's in accounting from Florida International University and his master's in accounting from University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.

Joe Jimenez - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Joe Jimenez is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Codina Partners LLC, a real estate investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Jimenez advises various projects for Codina Partners in all areas of legal, regulatory permitting and compliance. He coordinates the activities of outside legal counsel and represents Codina Partners and its affiliates in all matters before local and state government agencies. Mr. Jimenez was previously an attorney with the law firm of Stearns Weaver in Miami. There, he represented developers and local governments in all areas of land use and governmental law. While at Stearns Weaver, Mr. Jimenez served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Marathon, and the Assistant City Attorney and City Attorney for the City of Doral. Additionally, Mr. Jimenez represented developers in successfully entitling and permitting numerous developments throughout Miami Dade County and its municipalities. In 2013, Mr. Jimenez was appointed as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Miami Beach. His duties included oversight of the City's Building Department, Planning and Zoning Department, Code Compliance Department and the Environmental Division. While at the City of Miami Beach, Mr. Jimenez oversaw the development regulation of over twenty major projects. Mr. Jimenez currently serves on the Board of Trustees of History Miami. He previously served on the board of Citizens' Independent Transporation Trust of Miami (CITT). Mr. Jimenez holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.

K. LAWRENCE GRAGG

K. Lawrence Gragg joined Codina Partners after a 34-year legal career, the last 22 of which were spent as a partner of White & Case LLP, where he was one of the founding partners during the exponential growth of the firm's Miami office (8 attorneys to 100). With a practice that has focused almost exclusively on transactional real estate, Mr. Gragg has since structured, formed and financed hundreds of property ventures and transactions over his career, including public and private real estate investment trusts, real estate syndications and public-private transactions. Today, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the University Of Florida School Of Law. Mr. Gragg has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in the State of Florida for a number of years, has been selected by Best Lawyers in America, received the highest ranking from Chambers since its inception in the United States and, most recently, designated one of South Florida's Best Lawyers in two separate categories, tax and real estate. He was also awarded the Outstanding Tax Attorney Award by the Florida Bar Tax Section in 2003, received the Top Dealmaker of the Year award in 2007 for his representation of the Babcock family in the largest land sale in Florida in recent years. Mr. Gragg holds an LLM in Taxation and is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, has served as the Chairman of the 2,000 member Florida Bar Tax Section and the National Association of State Tax Bar Section and also worked as an adjunct professor in the University of Miami's Graduate Tax Program.

LEE CASEY - CMO

In this position, Lee leverages his nearly two decades of experience within the real estate industry to achieve the firm's marketing objectives and increase overall company profitability. Before joining Codina Partners, Casey served as the Vice President of Marketing with Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices EWM Realty. In his previous position, Casey developed and managed the brokerage's marketing plan, led the transformation of the brand's positioning and messaging, and managed over 60 independent associate brands throughout the marketing team. He was instrumental in elevating the brands and businesses of some of South Florida's most accomplished real estate sales professionals. Luis Castellon

Luis Castellon is the Vice President of Residential Development for Codina Partners LLC, a real estate investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. He is responsible for leading Codina Partners residential project management and construction administration as they continue to grow its real-estate portfolio. Prior to joining Codina Partners, Mr. Castellon worked for Related Group of Florida for over 10 years. Vice President of Development, responsible for the development and leasing activity for Beacon Lakes, a commercial master planned project totaling 5.3 million square feet of industrial, 175,000 square feet of office and 495,000 square feet of retail, and Vice President of Finance, responsible for structuring and negotiation with Equity partners, negotiating construction and permanent financing with various lenders and the purchase and sale agreement of various projects of the company.
