I Started dancing from about 21 years of age. I saw an advert in a local newspaper for a beginner's ballroom dancing class and managed to talk my mum into going with me as she had taken lessons in dance when she was younger. From those early beginners class I was 'hooked' and the rest as they say… is history!... From the Ballroom & Latin classes, I became interested in sequence dancing, which lead me to the Samantha Haywood School of Dance. It was here that I started to take my dancing more seriously and I began to find out what I needed to do to qualify as a Dance teacher. So I started taking my amateur medal test with Samantha and the NATD. I worked my through up to Gold Cross level...
