Aaron currently just returned to North Dakota after living on a sailboat traveling up and down the east coast with Anna (human) and Louise (dog). He loves reading science fiction and listening to hair metal bands.
In his pre-Copper River Group days, Aaron graduated with a computer engineering degree from North Dakota State University. He then wrote software for test automations in Microsoft's Fargo office. He most recently spent 5 years as IT Manager for a tourism organization (Medora Foundation) with hotel, gift shop, restaurant, and event ticket sales operations.

As a life-long learner, Becky earned her Master's Degree from Valley City State University in Technology Education. She also has two Bachelor's Degrees, one from the University of Houston in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in reading and math, and the other in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. In 2010, she received her instructional coaching certificate for Differentiation and Writing Coach.
She currently is a professional educator-with teaching licenses in three states-within the Fargo Public School system, with past experience in teaching both at the elementary and middle school levels in general education, gifted and talented education, and Title I Math. She has also taught in a multi-age elementary school.
In addition, she serves as a Drop Out Prevention Coordinator, Assessment Literacy teacher leader, and a member of her school improvement team. A program that Becky developed, called "Math for parents," received a grant from the Educations Minnesota Foundation for Excellence in Teaching. She conducted three Starlab® residencies.
As a life-long learner, Becky earned her Master's Degree in Technology Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies specializing in reading and math and a Bachelor's Degree in in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
When Becky isn't spending time with her family, she enjoys roller coasters or traveling. She is an avid reader with a craving for adventure.

With over 40 years of experience in the financial industry, Dan M. Fisher is a leader in the banking world as a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and former Chairman of the ABA Payment Committee.
He is also a noted speaker and author, and he has served on the faculty for the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA, and the University of Mary at the Fargo, ND campus. Dan recently served on the Incubator Mentor Council at the Research and Technology Park at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND.
Specializing in technology, payment systems, and forward thinking, Dan participated in the industry effort, with the Federal Reserve, to pass and implement the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act, also known as Check-21. Dan currently writes a blog for the Banking Exchange website called "Beyond the Bank". He is also a contributing editor for the magazine Banking Exchange.
Dan has authored or co-authored six books, along with numerous articles and white papers on technology, operations, and payment systems. In his spare time he wrote a Christmas children's book titled "A Tree for Sam & Billy".
Dan holds a Master's Degree in Education, with an emphasis on Teaching and Technology, from Valley City State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Hawaii Pacific College.
With over 35 years in the financial industry, Dan M. Fisher has proven himself as a leader in the financial industry holding roles as the former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and former Chairman of the ABA Payment Committee.
Dan likes to go running and indulge in classic movies when he's not working. He can also be found hanging out with family or watching football.

Derek is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. He majored in English - writing and minored in business and history. Before becoming a member of the Copper River Group, Derek worked at Paramount Sports as the Business Office Assistant and for Alorica as a Revenue Validation Team Specialist.
In his free time, you can find Derek sleeping, catching up on the latest Netflix or Hulu series/movie, or out on an adventure. Derek is a big Minnesota sports fan (Vikings, Twins, Timberwolves, etc.), and enjoys traveling, skiing, fishing, and playing games with his family.

Lynne began her banking career as Staff Auditor for Norwest Audit Services, now part of Wells Fargo, before working in various Bank operations and Accounting positions.
Lynne loves her grandbabies, watching football (especially the Bison, Vikings and Eagles) and spending time with family.

Madalyn has a passion for sports as a player, a spectator and a fantasy football time waster. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going to concerts and the lake.
After growing up in Fargo, N.D., Madalyn graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Multi-Media Journalism. Before joining The Copper River Group, Madalyn worked at several media outlets in the local area including the Fargo Forum, Spotlight Media and Radio FM Media. For the past nine summers she has worked at the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks as the Music-Media Operator.
