Community Transformation and Empowerment Initiative (CTREIN) is a Christian-founded Community Based Organization located 216Kms from Uganda's Capital City - Kampala, in the Mid-western Region. CTREIN Office is located in Kinogozi-A Cell, Kisiita Ward, Karujubu Division, in Masindi Municipality, Masindi District, Uganda... CTREIN facilitates its beneficiaries to access discounted essential products and services, which are made available under its various Programmes. In special circumstances, CTREIN extends waivers to beneficiaries who demonstrate inability to afford the discounted products and services. The Organization also manages a Business Centre, a Community SACCO, and a Hybrid Business Start-up Grant financing initiative...
