DAP

DAP Health is a deemed Federally Qualified Health Center under the Federal Tort Claims Act. This designation makes DAP providers Federal Public Health Service Employees for the purpose of medical malpractice insurance coverage. This health center receives MMS funding and has Federal Public Health Services (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
