Elena's family are still living with the trauma of the explosion that ripped through a weapon store close to their home in Primorsky, Abkhazia. Three people were killed and 64 injured. HALO has been working to make the area safe and the village is beginning to rebuild, but the trauma of that day has had a lasting impact on the community-and little Agop...
