We achieve this with the use of natural herbal seasonings, olive oils, and citrus juice marinades that reduce the effects of heterocyclic amines (HCAs) carcinogens, and by using the "old fashioned barbecuing" method of grilling with indirect heat producing tender, juicy and flavorful meats .
