He holds a MBA in Project Management and Bachelor of Business Management & Administration. Mr. Olaiya is known for streamlining business operations and will provide environmental, social and governance policies for Hawkmoon.

George Yordanov has over 12 years of management, technical and exploration experience in the Canadian and international exploration industry. Mr. Yordanov is a professional geologist, an independent qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. He owns a M.Sc degree in economic geology (structural geology) and has extensive exploration experience in grassroots mining projects across Canada and essentially in the province of Quebec. He has worked for Osisko Corporation and several junior companies. His experience in grassroots exploration projects includes several major grassroots discoveries for Osisko Corporation, Kenorland Minerals, Dundee Precious Metals and others. Mr. Yordanov have developed advanced understanding of exploration for the gold, base metals and REER's.
Mark Luchinski has over 20 years of capital market experience, having worked in both public and private sectors as an Officer and Director on several companies. Mr. Luchinski is a graduate from the University of Victoria. He is well versed in corporate governance, finance, compliance, and the administration of publicly traded companies.
Mr. Morris is a seasoned entrepreneur and capital markets expert with two decades of experience successfully raising funds for microcap companies across diverse industries. His expertise spans pharmaceutical cannabis, resource exploration, blockchain technologies, finance, and innovative businesses dedicated to the future of food. As former CEO and Director of Eat Beyond Global Holdings Inc, Canada's pioneering publicly traded investment issuer focused exclusively on investing in the future of food, Mr. Morris demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills and market acumen. Additionally, Mr. Morris co-created and co-produced Canada's first nationally syndicated radio show showcasing growth stock opportunities, which aired on fourteen of the top-rated news talk stations across the country, cementing his reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable authority in the investment world.
Steven is an experienced accounting professional with expertise in audit, accounting, tax, and financial reporting in several industries including apparel, food and beverage, various consumer products, and resource exploration. Steven is the President of Nuyun Consulting Corp., a Vancouver based company that provides financial reporting consulting services to publicly listed companies. He also acts as an officer for both CBOE Canada and Canadian Securities Exchange listed companies. Previously, Steven worked in the public company audit team at Crowe MacKay for 4 years. Steven is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
