The EIA was established to set up a strong and resilient UK supply chain just after the second world war and is once again taking the lead as the association with a platform where UK buyers and sellers can network to "reshore" their products and services... The EIA offers management support services and encourages Members to share in the provision of information and support to fellow Members. It is the aim of the EIA to promote Best Practice... The EIA believes that this aim can be assisted by its members agreeing to a binding voluntary code that seeks to ensure fair play among all parties in a transaction. Many EIA members include a copy of this code of conduct with tender documents when quoting for new work - it can give you a marketing edge!
