The Company was established in May 2018 with the acquisition of the Conti's, a premium casual dining restaurant, and was formalized in June 2019. Wendy's Philippines was also acquired same year, making Eight8ate the master franchisee of Wendy's, a quick service/fast-food restaurant, in the Philippines...
