ENDEAVOR UPLIFT

Endeavor Uplift is a non-profit providing a structural component for those with justice involvement. We provide education and instructional tools needed for advocacy and self-help for this population and for the communities in which they live. The goal is through self-advocacy, they learn to use their voice to empower and advocate for policy reform... The vision of Endeavor Uplift is to offer support, share knowledge, teach skills, provide practical assistance, and connect people with resources, opportunities, and communities of support. We aim to collaborate with other organizations to expand the re-entry and recovery infrastructure in underserved communities... Endeavor Uplift offers trauma-informed peer support and other social services aimed at minimizing negative factors that cause crime and violence while increasing protective influences that yield positive outcomes. We focus on four core competencies: advocacy, outreach, peer support, and workforce development.
