Brenda N. Egwuatu is a young vibrant and active woman married with two beautiful daughters. She is a graduate of University of Port Harcourt, Faculty of Management Sciences where she obtained a degree in Finanace and Banking. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. She joined Entity Microfinance Bank as Credit officer and presently the head of Credit and Marketing.

Inyang Happiness Elvis was born on February, 23, 1992. She started her educational career at St. Scholarstica High School, Rumueme Port Harcourt where she obtained her first school leaving certificate. She proceeded to Imo State Polytechnic and earned a National Diploma (OND) Certificate in Marketing. She advanced her career at the University of Port Harcourt where she completed a Bachelor's (B.Sc) degree in Accounting.
She started her career trajectory at U & C Microfinance Bank Ltd, where served in various functional areas such as Teller Services, Customer Care, Fund Transfer Services and Internal Control/Audit. In 2022, she joined Entity Microfinance as Head of Operations/Finance. She has attended several professional trainings in Microfinance banking, banking Operations, preparation and rendition of Returns and financial reporting. Happiness Inyang is student member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Happiness Elvis Inyang is a consummate banker and passionate Accountant with rich experience and professional bent.
Mr. James-Nwibana-Jolly is a top notch Civil Engineer. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Rivers state University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt and has profound experience in project management especially in construction projects.
He is the Managing Director/ CEO of Peniel Engineering Ltd. Mr James Nwibana-Jolly wields inexhaustible experience in strategic management from diverse organizations such as Wellinda Business Resources Ltd, Julius Berger Ltd, FKJ Engineering Ltd.
Mr. James-Nwibana's youthful vibrancy, business acumen and deftness will be of immense advantage to the Board of Entity MFB Ltd.

James Vincent is a graduate of Accounting from Rivers State Polytechnic Bori in 2003. He started his working career with FUG Pensions (now Glanville Veritas Pensions) in 2007 as a merketer and later joined Premium Microfinance Bank Limited in March 2008 as an executive trainee where he rose to the position of a manager and head of Accounts, Risk management and Audit department. He is a certified micfofinance banker. He is married with children.

Mr. Lucky Ugboko is a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He was born on November 26, 1971 at Ika north-east local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. He holds M.Sc and B.Sc degrees in Finance and Banking and a HND in Food Science & Technology.
Mr. Ugboko has profound experience in banking having served both in Equitorial Trust Bank Ltd and Sterling Bank Plc from 2011 to 2015. He also had a stint at Akintola Williams Deloitte, Port Harcourt. He is presently the Ag. Chief Internal Auditor, University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State.
Mr. Ugboko's independent judgment will indeed be an invaluable asset to the Board of Entity Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Mr. Ugwu Silas Ali is a seasoned banker and administrator. He holds OND/HND in Finance /Banking, and MBA in Business Administration. A registered member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria
Mr. Ugwu has profound experience in banking having served in various capacities, both in Commercial bank and Microfinance Banks, [SBO-Universal Trust Bank Ltd,1992-2004; MD-Ukpor Microfinance Bank Ltd. 2007-2010, etc.] He is currently Human Resources/Admin. Manager, Entity Microfinance Bank Limited, Port Harcourt, Rivers State of Nigeria
Mr. Prince Adekunle Adedapo Sikiru is a successful business mogul with broad industry experience spanning real estate, travel agency, construction, hospitality and entertainment industries.
He holds a bachelor of science (B.Sc) degree in sociology and diploma in Industrial and Labour Relations. Mr Adedapo Sikiru has multiple managerial and leadership skills which has translated to his success as an industrial magnate.
He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of D-Glowbiz Logistics Nigeria Ltd, Chief Executive Director of Awokotv & Media Services Ltd and Director Perinni & Co International Nigeria Ltd.
Mr. Adedapo Sikiru's resourcefulness will be of immense benefit to Board of Entity Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Prof. Nnamdi Ikechukwu Samuel is an erudite Finance scholar and ex-banker. He is currently the Acting Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences of the University of Port Harcourt. He is the Board Chairman, Entity Microfinance Bank Limited. He holds a B.SC degree in Economics, MBA, M.Sc and Ph.D in Finance.
He is a consummate professional and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst of Nigeria, Fellow, Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria and a member of the Academy of Management of Nigeria.
Prof. Nnamdi will provide leadership and strategic guidance to the Board in the light of his expansive depth of banking experience spanning over twenty years at the top echelon of the banking industry. His agility, intellectual prowess and professional experience especially in credit risk management will dovetail as invaluable assets to the Board of Entity Microfinance Bank Ltd.
