Bob is a seasoned insightful hands-on financial executive, team builder, and business leader with international market development skills. Bob has developed and grown public and private companies in the environmental products, alternative energy, and energy and environmental services sectors. He has helped raise over $30 million in early-stage capital for both public and private companies.

Emanuel Gerard - Chairman

Emanuel is a professional with decades of experience under his belt. He earned his BA at Brown University in 1954 and went on to get his MBA at Harvard Business School in 1956. Mr Gerard started his career as a senior partner at Roth, Gerard & Co. in 1961. He moved on to be the Co-Chief Operating Officer at Warner Communications Inc. in 1974. He served as the President of Gerard Associates Inc., a venture capital and management consulting firm, from 1985 to 1986. Soon after this, in 1986, Mr Gerard took the position of Senior Partner at Balis Zorn Gerard Inc., before moving on to become the Chairman of the board at Gerard, Klauer, Mattison & Co. Inc. in 1989. He was also the Head of US Equities at the Bank of Montreal (BMO) Nesbitt Burns from 2003 to 2006. Today, he is an Advisor, Director, and Investor in multiple startups and early stage companies. Emanuel is also deservedly Chairman of the Board at EWI.

Mr. Glenn Myers

Mr. Glenn Myers is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in developing and implementing domestic and international sales and market penetration strategies. As a founding partner of Corporate Partners International and Preston Willis Group, he provides consulting services and hands-on assistance to small and mid-sized companies on new market entry, product launch and revenue growth. Prior to his current Consulting career he was a senior executive of three technology companies where he built and managed the business and constructed successful exit strategies.

Paul Orlin

Paul Orlin is an independent investor. He was the Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Amici Capital LLC, and its predecessors from 1994 to 2017. Prior to Amici, Paul worked in principal investing at Walsh, Greenwood & Co. in 1992-93 and in investment banking and risk arbitrage at Goldman, Sachs & Co from 1986-90. Paul received his A.B. from Harvard College in 1986 and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1992. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Hearing Health Foundation.

Robert F. Savage

Robert F. Savage is President of KSH Capital. Prior to co-founding KSH, Mr. Savage was Co-founder and President of KTR Capital Partners, a leading real estate private equity firm focused on logistics properties throughout North America. KTR and its commingled investment funds were sold in May 2015. Prior to founding KTR, Mr. Savage was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Trustee of Keystone Property Trust (NYSE: KTR). Mr. Savage was a partner in the formation of Keystone in 1997 and joined the firm in an executive capacity in 2000. Keystone was sold in August 2004. Mr. Savage began his career as a financial analyst at LaSalle Partners followed by an investment banking career at Merrill Lynch advising clients in the real estate, hospitality and gaming sectors. Mr. Savage is a Trustee of Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York and a Director of New Senior Investment Group (NYSE: SNR) and VolunteerMatch.org. Mr. Savage received an A.B. in Urban Studies and Business Economics from Brown University.

Sam Geist

Sam Geist, with his many years of experience as a business speaker, as a facilitator and consultant, brings to EWI valuable insights and know-how. His goal now, as it has been throughout his career is to assist EWI to utilize its unique capabilities today for tomorrow.

Steve Kantor - CTO

Steve Kantor has been involved with the development of the Microwave Reduction technology since its inception in 1989 when he was the associate to Dr. Charles Emery, the inventor. He was involved with the design, operation and testing of the original test and prototype units for both tire recycling and medical waste. Steve joined EWS in 1993, when it was formed, to further develop the Microwave Reduction technology. Since then he has been involved in all aspects of the research and development, as well as operations. His experience includes the design and operation of the original pilot tire reduction facility and the design of the tire reduction facility in Sault Ste. Marie. He brings an unmatched knowledge of the Microwave Reduction technology.
