Bill is the operational force behind our Venture, creating solutions to the problems of the company and improving each of its management processes. This Partner's expertise in finances and the restless pursuit for perfection are central pieces for the success of the business.
Born in Brazil, Bill moved to the United States when he was still a child, and, in north-american territory, he had the opportunity of working in large companies already consolidated abroad, which later contributed for him to become co-founder of Homeyou, a platform that connects contractors to people who need workforce.
Innovative and detail oriented in the execution of projects, Eduardo is a central key in the mechanism that makes FEBACAPITAL function. Acting as an investor and counselor, the history of the Partner with technology began long ago, in the 90's decade.
It was through mIRC, one of the first chat softwares developed in the world, that Eduardo connected with Fabio, FEBA's CEO. Even before FEBA became a draft, Eduardo was already programming. Actually, his first job was exactly as a developer.

Fabio Espindula is the visionary CEO and driving strategic force behind FEBA. Since founding FEBA to today, Fabio has taken the company to higher grounds by his forward thinking ideas, his passion and dedication.
Since launching under Fabio's leadership, FEBA has invested in and co-built more than 20 companies, with key investments Fintech, restaurant software, legal and is now a leading strategic venture capital firm in Brazil.
From the age of 18 when he formed his first business, Fabio has established himself as an incredibly forward-thinking force within the business world. Since arriving in the U.S. in 2006, Fabio has served as Director of User Experience and Director of Product for a number of innovative startups, proving his ability to guide those who work with him to produce the best products and services possible.

Jesse is the figure with the biggest consulting role in FEBACAPITAL. Besides being responsible for the Infrastructure Engineering sector, he is involved in the daily life of all the Venuture's invested companies and helps the teams to set strategies in the right path, suggesting solutions to problems that come up on the way.
He also operates in the development and maintenance of internal tools and watches out, specifically, for example, the credit and risk analysis engine used by the invested companies, as well as the engineering of FEBA's exclusive mechanism of Customer Acquisition.
Jesse keeps softwares and products always updated in relation to the market and lives to think about how technology can help the teams transform each of the projects in which the Ventrue is involved into big successes.
The formation of his analytical profile began in his childhood, with the habit of disassembling toys to understand how they worked, the accomplishment of small scientific experiments and the reading practice. According to Jesse, "sometimes, instead of simply finding a solution to a problem, it is necessary to identify its origin and then decide what to do. That is what I call reverse engineering."
