Carl Harkleroad is the founder of Imagined.Cloud, LLC, a software development company based in Jacksonville, Florida that is focused on building Cloud based applications and services for the ARM Industry. Mr. Harkleroad began his career in 1973 building commercial software for the AFL-CIO in Washington D.C. Early in his career, he worked on several software projects including "The Walter Mondale for President Campaign". Mr. Harkleroad is the former CEO and president of Latitude Software.He has more than 45 years of experience developing software products, of which, the last 34 years have been focused towards the ARM Industry. He founded Latitude Software in 1997. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of IT at Capital Credit Corporation, Corliss Credit Services, The Master Collectors and Nationwide Credit. Additionally, he was Vice President of Central Credit Services. He and his wife live and work in Jacksonville, Florida.

Danny Strickland

Danny Strickland is the Principal and Founder of Innovation Frameworks, since March 2008. Previously he was Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation and Technology Officer of Coca Cola, from April 2003 to March 2009. In this role, he was a Member of the executive committee and was responsible for research and development, flavor manufacturing, quality, regulatory, environment, water resources and safety on a global basis. Between January, 1997 and March 2003, Danny Strickland was the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology and Quality Officer of General Mills. Prior to this, he held senior technical positions at Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods and Proctor and Gamble. Danny Strickland has over 39 years of global experience in fast moving CPG businesses and has a broad and deep experience in over 100 consumer product categories. He is one of the leading authorities on the innovation process and related consumer understanding, and in creating strong relationships and synergies between the technical, business, and marketing aspects of the organization. Danny Strickland is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Wesleyan School in Norcross, Georgia.

Dr. Jennifer Lewis Priestley - Chief Data Officer

Dr. Jennifer Lewis Priestley is a Professor Emerita of Statistics and Data Science. She taught Statistics and Data Science at Kennesaw State University for over 18 years, at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels. In 2012, the SAS Institute recognized Dr. Priestley as the Distinguished Statistics Professor of the Year. She served as the 2012 and 2015 Co-Chair of the National Analytics Conference. Datanami recognized Dr. Priestley as one of the top 12 "Data Scientists to Watch in 2016". Dr. Priestley has been a featured speaker at SAS Global Forum, Georgia Bankers Association, Florida Bankers Association, The Federal Reserve Bank, Big Data Week, Technology Association of Georgia, Data Science ATL, The Atlanta Chief Data Officer Summit, The Atlanta CEO Council, Predictive Analytics World, INFORMS, and dozens of corporate events addressing issues related to advanced analytics and the challenges and opportunities presented by evolving forms of data. She has authored dozens of articles on Binary Classification, Risk Modeling, Sampling, Statistical Methodologies for Problem Solving and Applications of Big Data Analytics. Prior to receiving a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences, Dr. Priestley worked in the Financial Services industry for 11 years. Her positions included Senior Director of Business Development for VISA EU in London, Vice President for Business Development at MasterCard US and was analytical consultant with Accenture's Strategic Services group. Dr. Priestley received a Ph.D from Georgia State University, an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, and a BS from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Eric VonDohlen, Ph.D., is a data scientist and a veteran of the Accounts Receivable industry. Eric has served as Chief Credit Officer of Midland Credit Management, where he developed groundbreaking approaches to portfolio valuation and servicing, and has served as an advisor to several debt servicers and buyers since 2006. His most recent work involves application of data engineering and machine learning applications to portfolio acquisitions. Eric received a PhD in Economics from the University of Arizona, and he resides in the Phoenix area with his family.

Greg Paulo

Greg Paulo has 25 years of operational and sales experience in the Accounts Receivable Management Industry. Most recently, Greg worked at Navient as a Sr. Director managing the Campus, State and Municipal collection sales teams. Prior to Navient, Greg was President of Redline Recovery Services, a mid-sized ARM firm providing accounts receivable management services in the financial, student loan, mortgage and auto industries. Greg's experience and existing relationships will help FLOCK leverage his extensive network to provide flexible portfolio capital to under-served markets. Irwin Bernstein - Founder

Irwin Bernstein is the founder of CMS Services, an online tool created to simplify the gathering, sharing, reviewing and updating of an ARM firm's Compliance Management System and provide an online compliance verification tool for creditors and debt buyers. Additionally, he conducts CFPB readiness exams on behalf of creditors and debt buyers. He is an attorney and CPA with over 30 years in the financial services industry and is also the Chief Executive Officer of Allgate Financial, a provider of outsource management, wind-down and back office services to the debt buying industry. As a debt buyer and outsource agency manager, Mr. Bernstein has conducted scores of industry reviews for his own business and on behalf of creditors and debt buyers and has participated in the acquisition of over $6 billion of consumer debt portfolios. Mr. Bernstein is a past member of the ACA International Board of Directors, Counsel of the Delegates and Legislative Council, past chair of the Asset Buyers Division of ACA International and currently serves as President Elect of the Illinois Collector's Association. He has spoken at numerous industry events and participated in writing key publications for ACA. Prior to joining the AR industry, Mr. Bernstein was Head of Institutional Sales for Dean Witter Reynolds Futures, the world's 2nd largest futures firm. As a past leader in the international derivatives industry, he was an active participant in the dispute resolution process of the National Futures Association and visited China as a guest of that country's government to lecture on the establishment and regulation of their future markets.

Jeff Shaver - CFO

Jeff Shaver has over 25 years of experience as a trusted finance and operations leader, strategic partner, and key decision maker. His background includes in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry with a proficiency across corporate banking, credit, and capital markets. Prior to joining Flock Specialty Finance in December 2022, Jeff spent 4 years as the CFO of a middle market manufacturing and distribution business. In this role, he served as a hands-on transformation advocate and strategic advisor that improved financial performance, reformed operations, optimized efficiencies, introduced automation and transparency, and ultimately increased value. In addition, he worked as a CFO services consultant and advisor to various organizations where he functioned as a key finance and thought leader. Earlier in his career, Jeff pursued a successful career in corporate finance and investment banking. He had a strong track record as an investment and corporate banker with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as well as Bank of America serving as a partner to key stakeholders in middle market and large corporate entities spanning a wide range of industries including extensive coverage of the financial services sector. It was during this time that he developed a keen understanding of finance companies and fintech businesses. After his banking career, he held an important role as a finance leader for a private equity owned business services and technology company. Jeff earned his BBA and MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, concentrating in corporate finance and management information systems. Michael E. Hollingsworth II

Michael Flock - CEO, Chairman

Michael Flock has been involved in the credit, collections, debt buying, and outsourcing businesses for more than 20 years, beginning with Dun & Bradstreet and, more recently, as a financial advisor and investment banker. In 2007, he founded Flock Advisors to provide M&A advisory and capital funding services to these same industries. In 2013, Flock Advisors became FLOCK Specialty Finance. This change enabled the company to provide more funding solutions to current clients. The difference also gave FLOCK the ability to expand its offerings into more market segments that have been underserved by traditional banking. Before founding FLOCK, Michael provided M&A advisory support to private equity firms, helped companies reengineer their operations, and led a successful recapitalization of a consumer collections agency where he was interim CEO. He was also an advisor to Croft & Bender, a middle-market investment bank. From 1993 to 2000, Michael was President of Dun & Bradstreet's Receivables Management Services subsidiary in North America. At D&B, Michael engineered a significant turnaround of his division, achieving dramatic growth in revenue and profitability. It was then spun off as RMS and is now the largest commercial receivables management company in the world. From 1997 to 2000, Michael added the presidency of D&B's companies in Canada, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America to his responsibilities. He substantially improved profitability in these markets by transforming the business model to one based on partnerships.
