FOOD & COMPANY (CUMBRIA)

Food and Company was formed by Joan Gate and Margaret Brough, sisters that have been involved in food, catering and event management for many years... As farmer's daughter's, we have a great appreciation of locally produced, quality foods. We have a great knowledge of sourcing, preparing and presenting fine foods from the Lake District. Over the years we have catered for a wide range of events throughout Cumbria, from wedding feasts to intimate dinner parties... Courses cover different topics using seasonal local produce wherever possible. There are plenty of opportunities to sample and taste the dishes prepared during our informative and practical demonstration. Our aims are to build confidence for beginners and widen the knowledge for the more experienced food lover.
