Keith has a decade of multidisciplinary experience in brand design strategy, mixed methods research, signage, wayfinding, and accessibility. Keith (he/him) holds a Master's degree in interdisciplinary studies from York University. His interdisciplinary thesis work merging critical disabilities, narrative psychology, spatial phenomenology, and cognitive factors to conceptualize the narratives of persons living with dementia, was presented at the biennial International Congress on Law and Mental Health in Vienna.
Keith is a recipient of the York University Christopher Innes Interdisciplinary Studies Champion Award for exceptional academic achievement, research, and advocacy and serves as a Fellow at McLaughlin College.

An innovative creative director, Laurence (he/him) has a diverse background in interactive media, filmmaking, writing, theatre and illustration. With over 25 years of experience, Laurence brings a strong sense of visual storytelling to his work, as well as a deep understanding of user experience and user interface design.
Laurence has supplied the creative vision and direction for a wide range of award-winning digital experience projects, including the Globe & Mail Centre, CSQ, Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, Stella's Place, 2 Queen Street East, and the Holodomor Mobile Awareness Tour. Restless for marrying narrative and innovation, Laurence continually challenges himself and the team to relentlessly pursue revolutionary work.

Born and raised in Switzerland, Stüssy (he/him) was a Swiss banker by day and a graffiti artist by night. His passion for the creative ultimately led him back to school and toward a career as a graphic designer. He started his creative journey through Humber College's graphic design program, where he graduated top of his class. He's a conceptual and visual thinker and brings innovative and strategic insight to every project he oversees at Forge. A solid commitment to human-centred design is at the core of his design philosophy, which he applies to clients such as Apple, Four Seasons Hotels, SickKids and CAMH.
His dedication to design and communication excellence led to Stüssy's election to the Board of Directors of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD), where he served as President from 2014 to 2018. Stüssy is an Academician at the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts (RCA), where he currently serves as Vice-President of the General Council and board member of the RCA Trust.
