Born 1983, Swiss citizen, member since 2018 - Alexander Pieper has been owner and managing director of the Swiss company Kraftwerk since April 2016. Kraftwerk operates internationally in the tool industry. Prior to that, he worked for over ten years in various management positions at the Franke Group in Switzerland, the USA, the Philippines and Germany, most recently as Managing Director of a subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates. Alexander Pieper has been a member of the Artemis Group Board of Directors since 2015 and has a background in industrial engineering.

Barbara Borra

Prior to that, she spent ten years working for Whirlpool in roles including Vice President of the Global Food Preparation Category and as the General Manager of the Chinese branches. She also held various management positions working for Rhodia and General Electric. Barbara Borra is independent Director in the Board of Brembo and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Randstad. She graduated from the Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy with a degree in Chemical Engineering. She also holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Beat Sigrist - CHRO

Beat Sigrist has many years of extensive HR experience, acquired in senior HR functions at various industrial and telecommunications companies, including Swisscom and Bosch. Prior to Artemis, he was CFO and member of the Group Executive Committee at Swisslog Group. Earlier, he has held management positions at companies such as KPMG and Colenco (Motor-Columbus Group). He is Chairman of Kraftwerk Europe AG, Vice Chairman of Feintool International Holding AG, a member of the Board of Directors of Adval Tech Holding AG and sits on various other boards. Christian Mäder is a Swiss certified expert in accounting and controlling.

Dr. Michael Reinhard

Tanja Vainio
