A staggering 92% of our society is challenged in achieving their goals and this is mostly due to lack of nurturing the art of achieving goals at a tender age. To address this issue, Pamoja Afriq's Xcel program recognized the importance of cultivating a well-rounded young athlete, which inspired the creation of the GROW PROGRAM. GROW is focused on nurturing the art of creating and achieving goals and has devised a mechanism that focuses on impacting young minds through sports, Edu-info (education and information) and self-management to ensure the holistic development of how to achieve goals. We have extensive knowledge in community outreach programs and have previously been involved in various activation and motivation sessions with schools and communities as a whole.
