Joe Simon is enjoying his second stint with Hammond Clarke as a Consultant after leaving to start a successful PT business.
Joe has been at Hammond Clarke for over a year and has spent that time successfully specialising in recruiting senior Interims into local government.
Joe is a proud Father to his son and his love for Manchester United is almost biblical. He lives in Hertfordshire with his partner and son. Joe is Hammond Clarke's very own Mr Motivator and probably the fittest person you will ever meet.

Matheos is a talented footballer, and has been on the books of two Premier League clubs. He is a massive Chelsea fan and enjoys regular holidays in Albania. Film is another great passion and he can often be seen at the cinema watching the latest blockbuster.

Tommy Black is the MD of Hammond Clarke and is a leading figure in the Local Government UK Interim Management industry. Over the last ten years he has built a reputation based on, transparency, integrity and unrivalled delivery.
His focus is on developing the business, driving technology improvements that give the HC Team marginal advantages in a competitive market place and ensuring full commitment to both client and candidate.
Tommy ensures his team are aware of the very best interim management and independent consultants availability to service HC's public sector clients. Hammond Clarke's rise to one of the "best/"go to consultancies" within this space and are attributed to his desire to succeed and continuous daily push for improvements.
On a personal level, Tommy has an MSc in Business Management and enjoys travel. He is an ex footballer and all round sportsmen hence his mindset, ability to perform under pressure and be a true team player. He is a father to two boys of whom he devotes his life to and enjoys the odd glass of red wine.
