Brian Muckerheide

Brian lives on the north side of Greenfield with his wife Michelle. He has two children. Originally from Greensburg, Brian earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ball State University. After graduation, he worked as an auditor for the public accounting firm Crowe Chizek, and earned his CPA while doing so. After leaving Crowe Chizek, Brian worked as the controller for the Indiana Blood Center before joining the Hancock Physician Network, where he has worked for the past 18 years. Over the years, Brian has enjoyed volunteering for the United Way of Central Indiana, Boy Scouts, Central Indiana Land Trust, and St. Michael Catholic Church. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, water skiing, snow skiing, and traveling.

Dean Felker

Dr. Mirza Baig

Dr. Baig has vast experience in delivering patient-oriented value-based care and is passionate about education and empowerment to help deliver holistic care to patients with kidney disease. Dr. Mossler graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2013. He has 10 years of experience. His specialties include Internal Medicine and Hospital Medicine.

Jenn Wells

Jenn Wells is the assistant vice president of customer experience and brand strategy. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, leadership, brand strategy, and consumerism, Jenn's primary areas of focus are the customer's journey and experience, brand storytelling, marketing, digital experience, and virtual care. By creating and implementing strategies for Hancock Health, Jenn serves East Central Indiana and Hancock County-with a goal of helping it become the healthiest county in the state. She's passionate about empowering people to make health possible in their lives. Jenn has a BA in marketing from Butler University's Lacy School of Business and is a proud Bulldog. She started her career in marketing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 1995 and has worked primarily in retail and consumer marketing ever since. She joined Hancock Health in 2015 as director of marketing. In addition to her duties at Hancock Health, Jenn has served on the board of several community organizations. In her spare time, Jenn, her husband, Jason, and their four kids love traveling, random adventures, and spending time with friends and family (much of it on soccer fields and golf courses). She is a big fan of reading non-work-related books, watching Netflix and Disney+, and taking naps-not necessarily in that order.

Jon Miller is the chief financial officer for Hancock Regional Hospital. After receiving his bachelor's degree at Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois, he earned his MBA from the University of Indianapolis. Jon has significant experience working in the financial world and has held various roles at companies including Merchants Bank and Kemper CPA Group. He has been with Hancock Health since 1991.

Josh Daugherty

Julia Compton

Dr. Compton is a radiation oncologist who completed her training at IU Health, the Roudebush VA Medical Center, the IU Health Proton Therapy Center, and Riley Hospital for Children. Joining the Hancock Health family in 2014, she helped to open the Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center in 2015 and established the Radiation Oncology department. She and her team built and implemented initial programs for stereotactic radiosurgery for body, spine and brain, stereotactic body radiotherapy for early lung cancer, and hypo-fractionated treatment for breast and prostate cancer. Building on her background in leadership training and business prior to pursuing her medical career, Dr. Compton first joined our executive leadership team as President of the Hancock Physician Network. Since then, she has continued to serve in leadership roles as a member of the Physician Executive Council, the Oncology Service Line Director, and as the Vice President of Oncology. Dr. Compton enjoys spending free time with her family and loves every moment of being a mom.

Megan Wood

Dr. Wood grew up east of Greenfield and graduated from Eastern Hancock High School in 2001. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, she graduated from Georgetown University Medical School. her residency training was at Wake Forest University, followed by fellowship training in laryngology at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Wood's areas of practice emphasis will be voice problems, swallowing problems, laryngeal cancers, and airway and breathing problems, just to name a few. Additionally, she will be practicing general ENT-treating nose and sinus problems, ear problems, thyroid and parathyroid glands, throat problems, and salivary gland disease in both children and adults.

Mike Fletcher - VP

Mike Fletcher is vice president of Hancock Regional Hospital. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he received his bachelor's degree, then went on to get his Doctorate of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Mike has been with the Hancock Physician Network for more than 20 years, and has served as the chief medical officer at Hancock Regional Hospital since 2004.

Nancy Davis

Nancy Davis is the Assistant Vice President of Guest Services and works with our volunteers, facilities, housekeeping, nutritional services, clinical equipment, and security teams to provide a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Nancy started with Hancock Regional Hospital in 2013 as the Executive Director of the foundation department and still works closely with this area. During her ten years with the foundation, she, her team, and over 90 volunteers raised over $10,000,000 for various health ministries, greatly enhancing our community's health and wellness. A 1988 Purdue University graduate, Nancy is an avid Boilermaker fan-and an even more avid grandchild fan. Her son, John; daughter, Emily; son-in-law, Alex; and her grandson Edwin all live nearby, providing her with much joy and fun. Prior to her tenure at Hancock Regional, Nancy worked in the service industry: serving Aramark for 24 years in the company's Healthcare and Business Dining divisions.

Rob Matt

Rob has been part of the Hancock family since 1998. After serving as a member of the hospital board and acting as its chairman, he joined our hospital leadership team as vice president in 2003. Rob was instrumental in expanding Hancock's reach with the addition of the Hancock Surgery Center, the expansion of our home medical equipment footprint, the long-term acute care hospital within Hancock Regional, the Jane Pauley Center, the community-based employer clinics, and the creation of our Suburban Home Health company. Prior to coming to Hancock Regional Hospital, Rob held various leadership roles with Union Carbide Corporation and Avery Dennison. Rob received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Indiana University, is a fellow in the College of Healthcare Executives, and proudly served for six years in the U.S. Coast Guard. Rob's family includes his wife, Marsha, as well as two daughters and two grandsons.

Steve Long - CEO, President

Steve Long is president and CEO of Hancock Health and Hancock Regional Hospital. He has spent more than 20 years working in health care, serving in a variety of leadership positions across the country in places including University of Iowa Health Care in Iowa City, Iowa; MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas; and Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Steve also served as president and CEO of Skiff Medical Center in Newton, Iowa. Steve has been with Hancock since 2014. An Iowa Hawkeye at heart, Steve earned his undergraduate degree and two master's degrees (MBA and MHA) from the University of Iowa. He and his wife Dorothy live in Greenfield, Indiana with their daughter, and they enjoy traveling around the country to visit their three older children and four grandchildren. Tamara Strunk

Tamara went to school at Southeast Community College in Cumberland, Kentucky, and also at the University of Kentucky, where she received her bachelor's degree. Tamara is a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience in areas including critical care, surgery, psychiatric nursing, regulatory compliance, hospice, and palliative care. She began her new role as assistant vice president in 2016.

Theresa Lueder

Theresa provides leadership and direction for CICU, Med/Surg, Respiratory, Surgery, and Women + Children. She holds a master of science degree in nursing and a master of business administration from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana, and a bachelor of science in nursing from Indiana University Kokomo. Theresa has over 25 years of experience in nursing, leadership, and healthcare operations. She has been with Hancock since 2010.
