Frances Goodman is Principle Coach and founder of Imagine Success. She has over twenty years corporate experience in consultancy, motivation, and training as well as broadcasting, presenting, and sales and marketing.
As a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, she has developed proven techniques for accelerated learning and sustainable behaviour shifts, which enable clients to break through barriers with ease and speed, revealing new facets of performance potential.

Jackie's training career started as head of the cardiac department at St Thomas Hospital and went on to be one of the most successful trainers in British Airways.
After this Jackie spent 14 years as a lead trainer for one of the top international training organisations in the UK.
Jackie is now a highly successful independent management consultant. She has written and designed many courses on behalf of clients in the banking, property, legal, media, accountancy, and public sectors.
Laura Hart is a qualified Voice Coach with a B.Ed (Hons) in Voice, Speech and Drama and an Advanced Diploma in Voice Studies. Laura has worked with the business community for over 16 years, coaching individuals and delivering courses.
She helps clients to increase their vocal awareness and enhance speaking skills in order to develop a powerful vocal identity. Laura teaches individuals to speak with authority, confidence and enthusiasm; this is achieved through specific exercises, feedback and advice. She works to eliminate the barriers blocking good vocal usage and works towards a strong physical and vocal presence.
