Adrian Jenner joined Gravity Media in 2014 and is the Director of Technology for Australia. Adrian drives the technological development of our broadcast and communication systems and is responsible for the research and development of new technology to ensure the company remains relevant with technical innovation and client requirements.
Adrian has held several positions within Gravity Media after he joined from Globecast Australia where he worked as a broadcast engineer. He has been key in the design and implementation of countless technological and operational projects, and has developed customer solutions that will keep Gravity Media at the forefront of our industry. He has wide ranging technical and people skills, with a diverse background covering studio production, system integration, and support for teleports and outside broadcast.
Adrian qualified with a BEng (Hons) in Sound Engineering from University of South Wales, and has been featured in publications and on discussion panels speaking on broadcast technology.

Blair works with the wider Senior Leadership Team in the development and delivery of strategic plans to support business growth. Based at The Production Centre in Chiswick, west London, he oversees delivery of RFP and tender responses, account handling of key clients and the creation of new business opportunities for our EMEA business. Blair joined us in 2011 as an Assistant Producer in the production department, having previously covered a range of sports as a journalist for Media Wales in Cardiff. He has significant major event experience, having worked at FIFA Football World Cups, the 2019 Women's World Cup and the French Open tennis championship.

Editing space needs to be practical, flexible and efficient, but it also needs to be home. Gravity House on Frith Street is all that. The building is well organised and rooms can be grouped as needed, but there's also space where a busy team can relax. The location is great, close to everyone we work with in Soho and just steps off Soho Square. Services are exactly that, a knowledgeable engineering staff that is quick to respond and a client care team that is always ready to help out. It was a real pleasure to find a new home away from home at Gravity House.

Director ‑ Production & Content, Gravity Media - EMEA Now heading up a number of our key sports contracts, including for The FA and UEFA, Frank joined our production department as an Assistant Producer on the UEFA Champions League Magazine show. He then went on to play a major part in setting up the Chelsea TV operation at Stamford Bridge. Responsible for the delivery of preview programming, live matches and highlights shows for FA Cup matches, he has worked across a variety of major sporting events including football World Cups, World Championship boxing, Six Nations rugby, MOTO GP, IPL cricket and the 2012 London Olympics.

Maria is an experienced HR generalist who supports our human resources team on a wide range of issues.
Before joining Gravity Media in March 2022, Maria was an HR assistant in the building and construction sector, where her chief responsibilities included maintaining all legal compliance certificates for the business and the on boarding and set up of new starters and agency operatives.
Maria holds a number of HR related qualifications including CIPD Level 3 HR Diploma 2022, First Aid at Work 2021, Fire Marshal 2020 and CITB Health & Safety Awareness 2018.
Maria is our Senior HR Generalist, working closely with management and employees to provide HR guidance and design policies which optimise working life at Gravity Media. Maria's role includes the coordination of HR generalists, and guiding all recruiting and employee relations processes. Maria joined Gravity Media in 2019 after HR roles at Anastasia Beverley Hills, JRK Property Holdings and Children's Institute Inc. She began her HR career in 2015 at Northeast Community Clinic.

Head of Projects, Gravity Media Ollie runs our EMEA projects business, including contract negotiations, and before his appointment to Head of Projects worked as our Lead Audio Engineer. He has overseen numerous high profile projects, including prime-time TV series such as The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, and sporting events including Formula 1 and the Wimbledon tennis tournament.

A big thanks to the Gravity Media team at The Production Centre in Chiswick for a very smooth and incident free 15 days on air.
