Jinendra is one of the founding partner of the firm and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with a post qualification experience over 9 years. Jinendra has prior experience of working with a BIG4 Auditing firm for over 5 years. During this tenure, Jinendra managed large marquee Audit engagements, primarily multi-national companies. Jinendra leads the Financial reporting & Audit practice of the firm and ensures delivery of high quality professional services across Statutory Audits, Financial Reporting and Consolidations (under IND-AS , IGAAP, IFRS and US GAAP framework), Income Tax Audits and Audit assistance. Jinendra has also gained vast experience on Corporate taxation (Direct & Indirect tax) and Transaction / Accounting Advisory services and has served clients across diverse sectors mainly Automobiles, Manufacturing, Construction, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, IT & ITeS, Hospitality etc. Qualification : ACA, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, 2011

Kirti is the lead founding partner of the Firm with a post qualification experience of over 11 years having commenced full time practice in 2012. Before venturing into practice, Kirti has worked with a BIG4 Auditing and Consulting firm for over 4 years. During this tenure, Kirti handled large & complex Audit & Consulting engagements for multi-national and domestic corporates. Kirti has an extensive experience in advising clients on Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, Corporate Finance and Business Valuations besides the traditional areas of Audit, Tax and Regulatory compliances.
