Our office is a three-story Art Moderne commercial building, constructed in 1940. We have beautifully preserved and adapted it for our use. Kimmel is honored to be in this stunning historic area... What originally began in 1981 as a two-man operation in Louisiana has since grown to become the largest specialty executive search firm in the country. Joe Kimmel and Rick Hornberger founded what later came to be called Kimmel & Associates on three core values: trust, integrity, and service.
