Dr. Kulak earned her undergraduate degree from Brown University and then pursued clinical research interests at Weill Cornell Medical Center located in New York City. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami-Miller School of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Kulak then completed a fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at Beaumont Medical Center, The Kresge Eye Institute, and the Consultants in Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery.
