Andrew Arnold

Andy joined the Company in 2016, having previously gained over 25 years experience within the Construction Industry, working alongside highly qualified Engineers and Consultants in delivering major projects on time and within budget. As Estimator for the Company he is always looking to provide Clients with tailored solutions at the most competitive rates, as well as offering value Engineering alternatives where costs savings are required. On the rewards of working for the Company, he says "What I think is great is to take an Architect's design concept, see LCS make that become someone's reality, and know that I had a small hand in helping that happen. That's really rewarding".

Harry Crassas

Job Titles:
  • Technical Manager
Harry has over 15 years' experience in the design, manufacture, and construction industry. He has worked in all aspects of the fenestration industry ranging from component design, window manufacturing to contracts manager. Harry joined the company in 2021 as Technical Manager. Experienced in AutoCAD and having a proficient technical understanding of fenestration products and building regulations, he is responsible for overseeing the design, drafting and approval of schedules considering architect and installation requirements.

Hayley Loft

Hayley joined the company in 2017 as Luke's PA. She has spent the last 4 years supporting our external operation. She has now moved into the accounts department where she attends to Payroll for the whole company and supplier payments.

Hugh Ross

Job Titles:
  • Freelance Design Manager
Hugh has a Master's Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering along with over 30 years' experience in the manufacturing and construction industries. One of his key roles is to build projects in a 3D environment to get an accurate schedule and specification of materials, reducing material wastage. By using 3D, Hugh is able to foresee and solve most construction issues before materials arrive on site, helping keep the project on track.

Luke Shand - Managing Director

Peter started LCS with his now business partner Luke Shand back in 2009, after gaining some 20 years of valuable knowledge and experience within the roofing & cladding industry, and has not had time to look back since. With his experience, Peter is responsible for securing contracts, and oversees the estimating & design team along with the day to day running of the busy headquarters in Hammersmith. Over the course of LCS he has been able to forge long term relationships with key suppliers and form a strong client base for which LCS have become established. Peter is as keen & ambitious now as he has always been and is looking forward to new challenges ahead. After completing a number of years working on the tools, Luke started business with Peter back in 2009 and now runs the external operation at LCS. Looking after some 25 workers at any one time, each day poses new challenges and Luke is a master at getting the most out of his team, always ensuring contracts are completed on time and to the highest standards. Luke prides himself on his professionalism and is looking forward to cementing LCS's reputation within the roofing & cladding Industry.

Ophelia Mensah

Job Titles:
  • Assistant Accountant
Ophelia has joined LCS with over 10 years experience in accounting, ranging from top 10 accounts practice to asset management whilst obtaining an Accounting and Finance degree, AAT and now completing ACCA. Ophelia is responsible for financial reporting, project forecasting, processing invoices and assisting with system improvements to ensure sustainability and efficiency from start to completion of projects.
