LONDON & SCOTTISH INVESTMENTS

London & Scottish Investments (LSI) was formed in 2011 as a co-investing asset management and property development business. Working with Toscafund Asset Management and in conjunction with other investors, the parties successfully created two property funds and in November 2015. The funds were combined and listed on the London Stock Exchange as Regional REIT Limited. London & Scottish Investments was originally the asset manager of the REIT, which currently has c.£730m of primarily regional office and light industrial assets. Following an MBO asset management has now been taken over by London and Scottish Property Investment Management. Building on its exceptional track record LSI's development business seeks to invests in opportunities across commercial, leisure and residential sectors in the UK.
