She has an eye for recognising customer service opportunities that will benefit end-consumers and clients and has made significant improvements to 14forty's customer experience.
Amrit brings over a decade of experience working in Human Resources, responsible for driving the HR strategy including training, development & talent progression, recruitment & resourcing, and supporting the account teams in their people strategies.
With almost three decades of experience in account management and partnership growth, Clare actively collaborates with clients, operational and central teams to continually optimise and align the services of 14forty in order to fulfil the dynamic needs of clients, ensuring the most seamless delivery of the highest quality facilities management services.
Daniel is our Head of Mobilisations & Projects, where he is responsible for leading a team to successfully deliver all aspects of new site mobilisations and transitions.
His role also oversees Business Projects that impact the Business & industry sector teams. Including supporting the mechanics of the Net Zero pledge incorporating our Food Waste program, Efficiency programs and refurbishment projects. Having an operational background, Daniel is able to support the business whilst understanding the day-to-day requirements of our Clients, Customers and Team members.
With an impressive portfolio and nearly 20 years in finance, Kenny brings extensive financial and managerial expertise to his role.
He excels in fast-paced environments, working to set company targets, analyse business trends and ultimately streamline costs. Kenny is passionate about driving change through creative and innovative approaches and strives to provide valuable financial insights for long-term success.
Khushboo currently leads 14forty's creative and innovative strategy to develop unique brand experiences that enable the growth and success of her team and clients alike.
With over 8 years of experience and an innate ability to effectively identify, engage and capture audiences with creative and thoughtful content and campaigns, she drives exceptional results for our clients.
Matthew leads our growth function and with a two decade career in the service industry both operationally and in sales, knows how to ensure clients and their employees needs are the centre of the tailored solutions created just for them.
He has a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, ensuring we harness the latest technology and market developments to improve and enhance the support services provided for each of our clients.

Regan is highly experienced in managing the daily services and events at some of the largest and most prestigious sporting venues in the UK. His expertise in team leadership and communication ensure he provides an outstanding level of customer service. He is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and drives a culture of innovation and continual improvement throughout his team.
Ryan is a charismatic, forward-thinking foodie with a penchant for plant-based cooking. His culinary leadership has secured the business several culinary accolades, including the coveted IWFM Wellbeing Award.

Following 22 years of military service in the Royal Naval School of Engineering, Tim gained a further 15 years of experience in the private security industry taking on several operational, deployment and mobilisation roles.
