Mr. Greene is a seminar instructor on Buying and Selling Practices, and has been an invited speaker at universities and professional groups, conferences, and radio programs on the subject of practice sales and values. Mr. Greene passed the certification requirements to be accredited by the Institute of Business Appraisers (AIBA) and is a member of the International Society of Business Appraisers (ISBA). Mr. Greene has provided litigation support and expert witness testimony on the subject of practice valuation and sales and purchases of professional practices. In 2004 Mr. Greene passed the requirements and achieved the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) certification from the International Business Brokers Association. Mr. Greene is also listed in Business Brokerage Press's Business Reference Guide as an Industry Expert for medical, dental, chiropractic, and veterinary practices.

Debra Phairas is President of Practice & Liability Consultants, LLC a nationally recognized firm specializing in practice management and malpractice prevention. Her background includes medical clinic administration and loss prevention management for NORCAL Mutual, a physician malpractice insurance carrier in Northern California. Her BS is from Michigan State University and her graduate work at Golden Gate University San Francisco MBA Health Services Administration program. Her consulting experience includes over 2,000 practices of all sizes and specialties. She has presented seminars and lectures nationwide for state and local medical/dental associations, management organizations and specialty societies.
