Amy Hood is the executive vice president and chief financial officer at Microsoft and is responsible for leading the company's worldwide finance organization, including accounting and reporting, acquisitions, business operations, global real estate, internal audit, investor relations, tax planning and treasury. Hood joined Microsoft in 2002 and became EVP and CFO in 2013. Through her tenure with the company, she has advanced global momentum in cloud and helped Microsoft and its customers drive growth through technological shifts, including this new era of AI. She is deeply involved in the company's operations, as well as the strategy development and overall execution of the company's successful acquisitions of Activision Blizzard, LinkedIn and GitHub. Judson Althoff is executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Microsoft. He is responsible for the sales strategy, execution and revenue growth of the company's commercial business, which spans enterprise, public sector, small and medium businesses, services, developer and partner communities in more than 120 regional and national subsidiaries globally. Althoff is passionate about co-innovating with customers to democratize and scale digital experiences across their organization - from the boardroom to the factory floor - and in the marketplace. Under his leadership, Microsoft has posted uninterrupted commercial cloud revenue growth, powered by close partnerships with customers that are driving business outcomes through digital transformation. Althoff joined the company in March 2013 as president of Microsoft North America. Earlier in his career, he spent multiple years in senior sales roles at Oracle and EMC. Althoff is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and serves on Ecolab's board as an independent director and a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. As executive vice president and chief human resources officer, Kathleen Hogan empowers 220,000+ global employees to achieve Microsoft's mission. Hogan previously served as corporate vice president of Microsoft Services, a team dedicated to helping businesses and consumers maximize the value of their investment in Microsoft technologies. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, she was a partner at McKinsey & Co. and a development manager at Oracle Corp. In 2021, Hogan was named "HR Executive of the Year" by Human Resource Executive magazine for her leadership and people strategy throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. She sits on the board of the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) as well as the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Executive Council. As a breast cancer survivor and former board member of the Puget Sound affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, she lends her personal and business perspective to that board of directors. Hogan is also involved in the Seattle community and is a board member of the Alaska Air Group. Hogan earned her bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. Sandra E. Peterson

Sandra (Sandi) E. Peterson joined the Microsoft board in December 2015, and is the lead independent director. Peterson is an operating partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a private investment firm. She works closely with the firm's investment team and corporate leaders to source and evaluate transactions as well as support portfolio company management teams as they execute their value creation plans. Previously, Peterson served as group worldwide chairman for Johnson & Johnson, where her portfolio included medical devices, consumer, global operating infrastructure, technology, supply chain and key strategic initiatives. Peterson had an extensive global career in healthcare, life sciences, consumer goods and consulting. From 2005 through 2012 she was chairman and CEO of Bayer CropScience AG in Germany and CEO of Bayer Medical Devices. Prior to that she worked for Medco Health Solutions Inc., formerly Merck-Medco, from 1999 to 2004. Peterson holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.P.A. from Princeton University.

Satya Nadella is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft. Before being named CEO in February 2014, Nadella held leadership roles in both enterprise and consumer businesses across the company. Joining Microsoft in 1992, he quickly became known as a leader who could span a breadth of technologies and businesses to transform some of Microsoft's biggest product offerings. Most recently, Nadella was executive vice president of Microsoft's Cloud and Enterprise group. In this role he led the transformation to the cloud infrastructure and services business, which outperformed the market and took share from competition. Previously, Nadella led R&D for the Online Services Division and was vice president of the Microsoft Business Division. Before joining Microsoft, Nadella was a member of the technology staff at Sun Microsystems. Originally from Hyderabad, India, Nadella lives in Bellevue, Washington. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Mangalore University, a master's degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. Nadella serves on the board of trustees to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and his alma mater the University of Chicago, as well as the Starbucks board of directors. He is married and has three children.
