He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Visual Communications. When he's not working hard at the office, Aaron enjoys playing Xbox and spending time with his wife and 2 dogs.

Jonathan grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa. He studied Technical Arts at Christ For the Nations Institute and also received a degree in Communications from Dallas Baptist University. Jonathan is a cheerful person with a creative mind and skilled in the art of graphic design. He enjoys traveling, playing soccer and spending time with his family.

Matt is a creative person with an eye for design and a good handle on what it takes to communicate messages effectively. Matt graduated from William Jewell College with a degree in Organizational Communication. He is a critical thinker and enjoys finding solutions to business needs. Rike (like Costa Rica) grew up in Germany. She is not only Matt's better half, she is in many ways the "brains" of the operation. Rike has a graduate degree from Baylor University in Social Work and is passionate about helping people. She works with the books here at MLB Web Design and is the best wife ever!
