Amy Johnson is a licensed optician who has been working for over 40 years. Her father was Dr. Maurice Moore for whom the practice was originally named.
Amy continues the tradition of setting a high standard of patient care and excellence in her role as the head optician.
Dalayna Winnett is always willing and ready to help with any needs you may have while in our office. MVS is thankful to have her!
Dr. Caitlin Millsaps graduated in 2023 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. We are so thankful to have her to help you with all your vision needs.
Emma Allen is our front desk receptionist. She is a local Sparta girl.
In her spare time, Emma loves spending time with her family, kayaking, hiking and being outdoors. She also enjoys photographing special moments for all occasions. Emma looks forward to welcoming you to our Sparta office.

- Billing and Insurance Specialist
Rhonda Ragland is our billing and insurance specialist. She has worked in optometry practices for many years primarily in the insurance billing/claims area. She is currently in an optician apprenticeship program.
Tonya Braddom grew up in Sparta, TN and is our optometric technician and has worked at this office since 2010. Tonya is the friendly face who will walk you through your eye examination and get you ready to see the doctor.
She is a wonderful addition to our team at Mullins Vision.
