OGC

The Office of the General Counsel functions as the University's law firm with six highly skilled attorneys, two paralegals, and two support staff. The OGC is responsible for all of the University's legal affairs and advises the Corporation, the President, senior officers, other university administrators, and faculty and staff who are acting within the scope of their employment.
