This website showcases inspirational stories and practical techniques from modern, small farming enterprises to help engage many more people in providing their communities with nutrient-rich food, whilst fixing and restoring biodiversity. This site is intended to inspire and sign-post those interested towards making their small-scale, sustainable farming dreams a reality. It is not intended as a comprehensive directory... This website was built with support from Monmouthshire County Council, the Brecon Beacons National Park, and the Welsh Government. It is part of a process to build a new campaign in the region to secure 1200 acres for regenerative horticulture for local markets. A new locally managed organisation, Our Food 1200, has been created by local people (January 2022) as a community benefit society to lead the way.
