Before entering the renewables sector at the end of 2010, Glenn spent 16 years as a senior purchasing and procurement professional within a variety of industry sectors, including global electronic component distribution, the Police, the NHS, and the financial asset and wealth management industry. As the Managing Director of Padero, Glenn has helped to drive the group business forward to become one of the largest renewable energy companies in the UK.

Matt has had a long career in commercial management working for major organisations and more recently as an entrepreneur. He has been working within the renewable energy sector for over a decade and to date has developed over 25 projects that have created and distributed 100's of megawatts of clean energy. He has a proven track record in relationship building with all the stakeholders needed to bring urgently needed renewable energy projects to fruition. As such Matt has in-depth experience of working with local communities and their representatives, planning consultants, the legal profession, financial institutions and capital markets.
