Paleo Leap was born in early 2014 as the natural evolution of Paleo Diet Lifestyle... These days, Paleo Leap is operated by Ashley Noël. In 2021 she graduated from Kresser Institute's Adapt Functional Health Coaching program and runs a private health coaching practice, ashley.coach. She believes in living a life true to oneself, where one is free to follow their passion, live naturally and feel awesome.
